All the staff at the store are very welcoming and friendly. They always take the time to explain the items and in my case the watches in great detail. They are very patient and answer all questions very professionally. My personal dealings with Cecy at the Bondi Junction have been a lot of fun. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and has been very accommodating as I like to really take my time before making a decision. I have never once felt pressured to by anything and when I finally did purchase a watch, the service I received up to and after delivery has been excellent. I have bought a few items from Gregory’s over the years and every time I deal with them I am very pleased with the service I receive. What a great team! Special thanks to Boutique Manager Chris for his guidance and support designing several rings which we are extremely happy with. Our original engagement and wedding rings were from Gregorys many years ago. Customer Service is superior and products are excellent. I recommend the Gregory's Team. Ellie understood what I was looking for within a quick conversation, she guided me on a short selection where I was able to make a confident decision. I explained i wanted my partner to make the final decision as he’s rather particular. Ellie handled Luke my partner with greater attention to detail. She allowed him to try out options and reassured him on his choice. Time wasn’t a problem issue. The service extends to the wider team, we had some additional questions and I made a phone call to the store over a payment matter and everyone knew about the purchase - this allows for a seamless customer experience.
