Excellent customer service provided by the manager Suzan. She’s always doing her very best to ensure she chases up sizes and products for me if they are no available in her store. I have observed her to be hard working and is rarely ever resting constantly dusting, tidying and cleaning the store in between customers. She’s a breath of fresh air. She’s passionate about her job. She cares for the store and represents everything SG stands for. Shes very good at cross selling matching pieces if they exist. Shes very patient considering the demographics of that particular store and is willing to go over and above. Shes very patient even at closing time when customers stroll in at a few minutes to closing time. Shes a pleasure to deal with. She takes pride in her store and clearly values her role there.

I just wanted to say how amazing the girl aiesha working at the store is. Every time I come in, she’s always fixing things, making the place look great, and doing it with p a positive attitude. She’s super helpful, friendly, and always make sure customers are looked after. Honestly, she’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back!

Came in to buy stuff and the lady asked for cash because she couldn’t be bothered restarting the system. You’re working in a store and in a time where most people aren’t carrying cash. So you should have restarted your system in the morning upon opening or called for help. The way she looked at me to say "oh I have to restart the system" was in a tone as if I was burdening her. That’s my problem. She is always somewhat rude and dry and then just the way she made me feel as a customer… as per usual. So the problem was not that the system was down the problem was more or less the way she made me feel as a customer and that she would rather lose a sale… or several for that matter than take some time to restart her eftpos machine

I have had various good experiences at this sports girl. I often come here for my teenage daughters who love the clothing especially the summer attire which are modest. I appreciated the customer service from a girl named Hajar who accompanied me throughout my shop and assisted me with correct sizing and style. She had very good customer service and was very lovely to speak to. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Sportsgirl Bankstown, thanks to Susan! She was incredibly helpful in assisting me find the perfect jeans. Her friendly and attentive service made the whole process so easy. I left with two jeans and a big smile—thank you, Susan!

Went in with a toddler asking for an item. They said they didn't have it in stock. They told me to go check a store in a nearby suburb, but I had to press them to ring the store for me and confirm they had in stock, even though they insisted they did simply because it was "new". Meanwhile, boxes of new arrivals behind the counter and they wouldn't check to see if it was in there. Later, a friend went in asking for the same time. "Go check, X store" they told her. Didn't call, told her "yeah they have it in stock, it's new, they should have all the sizes". Not too much to ask for a little customer service.
