Worst service I ever get. In the first picture it was curved and the was hitting this to break and then he told me the phone is dead. In 2nd picture other rapair shop told me whoever broke this is the worst thing to do with this phone when he hit area motherboard was damaged and now it’s going to cost 1000$ to fix all the things. When I asked the man to call his manager he told me do whatever you want I'm not going to give you. Never coming back.

Great customer service given by the Team Member on duty at 11:00 am on 24th February. I had a problem with multiple downloads of same file on my Optus Galaxy A15 . After consulting the team at Optus opposite this retailer and they said they didn't know . I came to Mobile Experts Bankstown Square and the very helpful guy fixed the problem in 10 minutes : he updated and rebooted my phone on the spot . This business certainly acted upon the motto on the Team Members uniform : ' Phones repaired on the spot' Thank You .
