Awful place to order from! Sent me a dirty/damaged water bottle which was also a different colour than advertised, took months to get half of a refund back and I had to pay out of pocket to send a broken water bottle back to them. Takes weeks for them to reply to any customer service inquiries. They are clearly okay with sending out dirty and used items as they told me my refund was due to it being the wrong colour, and not from the dirt and dents on it.

I recently purchased a 3 in 1 baby pram, baby bouncer, and Bliss Love Shake bottle from Bliss Gifts & Homewares. Looked around at baby bunting and other places online for a pram but didn’t like the style nor could I get over the price. My mum come across this website and immediately I fell inlove with the style of the pram. The price seemed too good to be true. It come within a week and is incredibly smooth pram. Very stylish and very comfortable. Fits well into the boot of my Corolla.

Absolutely love my purchase but I love the service even more! I adore personalised customer service and it's not easy to achieve when you are buying online, but this small Aussie owned business excels at it. Not only did my beautiful (and very delicate) jewellery box arrive on time and in one piece thanks to some very careful and thoughtful packaging, but I also received this lovely little hand written note and a follow up email. Also worth noting, purchasing online through their website was very easy, and across the online store I found everything to be very fairly priced for the level of quality. Absolutely shocking service. I placed an order on the 13th of November and by the 24th still had no update, no shipping, and zero communication. I tried calling over 18 times and emailed twice before finally getting through, only to be told the item was out of stock — something they never informed me of. I was then promised it would be shipped the next day, which never happened. Another week later, still no dispatch, no answers to emails, and another 9 unanswered calls. Completely unprofessional and an absolute disgrace. I would never order from this company again.

This was my first time ordering here, but it definitely won't be my last! I picked out some items which I will be sending overseas for Christmas, and even though there was a tiny issue with one of the items being out of stock when my order was packed, it was handled so thoroughly and efficiently, that I can't consider this a hitch at all. Communication and solutions were prompt and easy. If you are looking to support a local business that's still working with heart, then Bliss is the place to order! Thanks Bliss team!

I placed an order 10 days ago and spent a significant amount of money. Other than the initial confirmation email I've received no further communication despite sending multiple emails and instagram messages following up my order. Would not recommend buying anything from this store.
