I attended this office with my son expecting basic professionalism and respect. What we experienced instead was belittling and dismissive behaviour that was humiliating and deeply concerning. The staff spoke to me in a condescending tone, interrupted repeatedly, and made me feel as though I was incapable of understanding simple information. As someone who has a learning disability, this was not just rude; it felt discriminatory. There was no attempt to adjust communication, no patience, and no empathy. Instead, I was made to feel small in front of my child. The environment felt hostile rather than supportive. At no point did anyone attempt to clarify respectfully or ensure I understood the process. The entire interaction left me feeling distrusted, dismissed, and degraded. No one should walk into a professional office and leave feeling embarrassed or belittled, especially in front of their own child. I strongly encourage management to review their staff training around respectful communication, disability awareness, and basic human decency. I will not be returning.

Recently went to have printing done for a celebration of life. We were helped by Anita who was very patient and kind. Reprinted a few times a test with us tweaking it to make sure we were happy. Couldn’t have asked them for more. 2 hours later it was all ready to collect.

Worst service, i was standing at the line and the young lady asked other customer to come forward to pay who came after me. Did not even acknowledge me after and left. I was patient and didn't say anything, but that's not all. I wanted to get bulk printouts so i went to the printing area where staff print for you even though the price was double the self service print out machines. I told the lady i wanted seperate print outs as i had quite a few and did not want to mix them up, they were visibly annoyed, almost like it's their job. The lady was like "yeah i haven't released the job yet" with an attitude. I said "i'm telling you in advance so that doesn't happen". Yet, she managed to mix up all the documents. The younger lady came forward (the one who skipped me in the queue), and she was telling the worker serving me, why are you going back and forth, just get them all printed at once. I told her again, i wanted seperated bunches. She said "feel free to use the self service". That was very rude and unsolicited opinion of hers. So Officeworks, either get a self-service printing maching that prints bulk instead of one doc at a time, or fire those unwillingly working employess with unnecessary attitdues. Overall, do not recomment this store.

The most appalling customer service every time I go there. The young woman at the printing counter last night was rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. The lady in the tech area is rude to her colleagues and to customers, and it was like a prison call right up until close (she's also sold us the completely wrong internet equipment in the past). We had to use self serve printers (only 1 doc at a time) because aforementioned young woman refused to print 20 pages of A4 black and white tennis tickets which would have taken less than 30 seconds. First printer ceased working half way through. Sought help, got none. Moved to next self serve printer. Same thing happens a few pages in. The prison warden then claims it's closing time and we couldn't complete the job. What should have taken less than 1 minute took 25 minutes and couldn't be completed. A lot of work needs to be done on this store and its staff. This is one example of many terrible experiences and I'll be avoiding this store like it's the plague.

Entrance is from the rear car parking, not on the Synnot street, nice customer service and layout of this Office work. Plenty of parking spaces.

The staff are so kind and helpful good service but I was a bit disappointed wanted more big gift sets they used to have for kids and other art and craft supplies and they didn't have anything it was sad as I had some gift vouchers to use and couldn't find anything interesting. The Sunshine one is better with their products.

Today i attended office works to print so much out and I never caught the young ladies name but she had i think diffrent coloured hair she was absolutely beautiful kind helpful and needs to be recognised for her happy go lucky kindness as I was having a horrible day and printing things I wish I didnt need to print so thank you for showing a stranger kindness i needed much love.
