Officeworks Morayfield

I’m pretty disappointed with the service today. I was told by Officeworks North Lakes to drive to Officeworks Morayfield because they said the item I needed was in stock. After driving all the way through traffic from North Lakes to Morayfield, I arrived only to find out they didn’t actually have it. What made it more frustrating is that you can’t easily call the store through the phone app to confirm stock before making the trip. A lot of time wasted for something that could have been checked properly. I expected better service and communication."

I would sincerely like to Thank Geoff for a great job he did on a not so easy return. You were polite, professional and couldn't do enough to help. I have always had fantastic service from the staff at Rothwell, when I lived in Redcliffe. But since moving, this is the first time I have dealt with the Morayfield Store, and it certainly won't be the last. Thanks so much again and you have just gained a loyal customer for good. Hope you and your lovely staff have a great Christmas.

This is a good Officeworks. There is also a toilet tucked in far back right. Staff are usually helpful and friendly. Though a little more attention needs to be on the checkout line. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait even if there are a tonne of staff in the shop and printing area.

They need to state they actually close their printing services early. While 3 staff stand around the printing section chatting away. Told me to come back 9am tomorrow (already too late) Never had a good experience at this store - going to stick with North Lakes or Strathpine; always been a way better service and experience.

Bought a desk online and organised to Click & Collect. Walked and a Officeworks lady was just there. I explained what I was here for. My desk was sitting there, she called for heavy lifters and 2 young girls arrived. They pushed it to my car and lifted it in. It was the easiest part of my day. When I got home I had to then get it out of the boot into the house. Which I did by myself. I thank my son for explaining I need to do weights. This weighs 35kilos and I’m 65 If you are not fit and healthy, get someone to help The desk looks amazing and was extremely easy to put together

I was told by a blonde woman working near the pens at 10:40 that "all of the pens are open" when approached for using a sample pen that I had checked had no gel tip in contrast to the exact same ones with gelled tips to prevent use which was clearly to use as paper is even provided for sampling. If she is not lying, then this is concerning as they must have gone through and removed the tip protectors from all of the pens and have no problem selling them used. I suppose that the five pens I checked prior with gel protector tips must have been the ones she hadn't gotten to remove yet in order for "all of the pens are open" to be true and not just a half baked rude retort to make to a customer. In any case, it's either that they're opening pens and charging for them or have incredibly rude customer service - neither is comforting. There are enough people in the Caboolture/Morayfield area that need a job and money to bother giving hours to someone who is so willing and easy to bring to confrontation considering my only contributions to the encounter was "ah yeah no problem" followed by "oh I see - this was one of the opened pens for sampling". Perhaps she felt enabled and empowered to take her frustrations of the day out on me because I wasn't a loud and stubborn customer. It still doesn't justify her attitude.

5/5 – Outstanding Service from the Lovely Keali at Officeworks Morayfield I want to give a massive shout-out to Keali at Officeworks Morayfield for delivering some of the warmest, most genuine customer service my husband and I have experienced in a very long time. Even though she was clearly in the middle of doing something important, she didn’t hesitate for a second — she stopped what she was doing straight away and came over to help us with choosing a printer. From the moment she greeted us, Keali was so incredibly lovely, kind, and patient. She has such a gentle, caring way of speaking that instantly makes you feel comfortable and looked after. She took her time explaining everything in detail, answered every question without rushing us, and made sure we understood the differences between the printers so we could pick the one that suited us best. Her kindness truly shines through in the way she interacts with people. What impressed us even more was how she went above and beyond without being asked. After helping us make our choice, she personally carried the printer out and placed it in the back of my husband’s car. It’s not every day you meet someone who is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely thoughtful and willing to go that extra mile. Keali is a true asset to Officeworks Morayfield — her lovely nature, her kindness, and her dedication to helping customers make her stand out in the best way possible. If you ever need assistance, make sure you find Keali. She will take amazing care of you, just as she did for us.
