I had such a wonderful experience at Mecca located in North Lakes… I was pampered and taken care of by Tiffany and Beth. They created a personalised facial treatment program for me. They gave me the best experience ever and I now am the proud owner of my own skin care regime. They went out of their way, set me down and formulated a plan to take care of my skin on a daily basis. I will be forever a return guest thanks guys.

I had my first ever makeup appointment for my birthday. Fran did such an amazing job, I absolutely loved the experience and finished look, I got so many compliments and she absolutely nailed it based on the inspo pictures I showed her. I was sad when I had to remove the makeup at the end of the night because it just looked so pretty. I’ve never felt more beautiful. Thankyou so much for making my birthday extra special with your talent and for taking the extra time to make sure it was perfect!!

I was served by the lovely Kaitlyn, who helped me so much and was just the sweetest!!! she listened to what i wanted and knew exactly the right products to recommend me— perfect shade matches with everything!!! she was so talented and i’m so so grateful she helped me out :))) thanks again!!!

worst mecca store i have ever visited! all girls working there were judging me my mum and my sister the entire time spent in the store. i was trialling rhode products as it was my first time seeing them physically in person as i am still waiting for my online orders to be delivered. as soon as i pick up something one of them run over to me after i have told them i am just browsing. its as if they thought i was going to steal a tester 😂 after that experience and someone in the field of beauty myself with a diploma in beauty, ive never wanted to get out of a store quicker. placed all my products that i could have potentially bought down and did exactly that. the only person that was very nice and made me feel welcomed was the lady my mum dealt with at the counter.

I had such a good experience trying to buy a new foundation at Mecca North Lakes, Jordan helped me colour match and was so helpful on making sure I got the perfect shade for my skin tone. Will definitely be back!
