I had my brows done by Sonaia and she did such an incredible job. She really listened to what I wanted and they're perfect. She was also just generally so lovely! Highly reccomend her. She killed it!

"If you leave a 5 star review we’ll take $5.00 off" The only reason this place has good reviews!! My mum went to get her eye brows waxed and tinted the other day & lash extensions applied. She came home and we were appalled!! The manager is the one who did this too just to make it worse, she took half of my mums eye brow with the wax, tint was all around the eye brows and the lashes are clumpy & crooked, she now has to pay a professional to have them fixed. 0/10 would NOT recommend if you like your eye brows and lashes.

Sorry team Disappointed this time round. My usual appointment with Tina rescheduled as she was ill. Was not happy with the eyebrow tint at all. Medium brown, and it looks the same as when I went in. She took what seemed longer than 40 minutes. I should have rebooked Tina at another time. I do have hit and misses all the time here.

I had a very disappointing experience at my eyebrow appointment today with Savannah. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I do not like thin eyebrows and wanted to keep my natural shape. Unfortunately, she waxed without care or patience and removed hairs that I specifically asked her not to touch. What upset me most was the lack of customer service and care, not care about me and not care about her reputation. When she asked if I was happy and I said I wasn’t, she didn’t ask a single follow‑up question or make any effort to understand what went wrong or whether anything could be fixed. As a business owner myself, I understand that unhappy clients happen — but the way we respond makes all the difference. In this case, there was no attempt to reassure me or ensure I left satisfied and clearly she even didn't care for her professional reputation. I believe there is always room to correct a mistake when we genuinely care. I paid around $50 for a service that felt rushed and careless. I choose salons over cheaper shopping‑centre options because I expect quality and attention to detail, especially since I’m very particular about my eyebrows. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that today, and I left feeling upset and disappointed.

Got my eyebrows waxed, shaped and tinted by Leonie. Friendly and welcoming, amazing service and made sure I was comfortable as this was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed. My eyebrows turned out amazing. The environment was cool and clean and comfortable. I'm always relaxed during appointments. Will be a returning customer 😊😊

I had my brow lamination and lash lift & tint with Pearl and I couldn’t be happier! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. My brows and lashes look flawless and natural highly recommend Pearl for top-notch results and a lovely experience.

I attended Browco North Lakes at midday today for a brow lamination, tint and reshape/wax. Left with prominently visible gray hairs untinted, stray hairs left untidied below the brow line. I reached out to admin@browco for a partial refund of services that I clearly did not receive (I was in the chair for less than fifteen minutes of my 50 minute service with screenshot proof of my payment time provided) and they refuse to refund. I am not local and it is not convenient for me to return to have them fix this error. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Don't waste your hard earned money, visit Benefit brow bar instead!! Edit: As you can see, insisting I return to the salon.
