Sunshine Clothing Alterations

I’ve known Lydia since I was 15 years old . My mum used to bring me to her for clothing alterations, and we’ve never gone anywhere else since. Lydia is a lovely, kind-hearted lady with a friendly team. I’ve never had any issues with my clothes—she’s incredibly skilled and can fix clothes like no one else. When I first bought my dress online, I was crushed - it arrived with broken straps, was way too big, and had stretched out seams. Shipping had been delayed, so I only had 1 week to sort out my outfit for a big work event. Lydia saved the day! She was so kind and supportive, and worked incredibly hard to get my dress ready in time. Her work on my dress made me feel like a princess 🥰 I really appreciate Lydia's skill and dedication, and will definitely come back again!

I have gone here many times for many different clothing malfunctions from patches, to shortening pants and dresses to doing clothing repairs that I thought was near impossible. They charge fairly and never disappoint. Everything is always completed in a timely manner and I will happily keep going in the foreseeable future. 😁

Great job! They fixed one of my sentimental shirts and made it like new again! Service was very quick and efficient.

If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible service, took my 17 year old niece there to shorten her formal dress, when my niece tried the dress on the lady told my niece to stand up on a very tall table that had padding on it with heels on, my niece was terrified and said I can't, I'm scared so the lady in a very rude tone said no I'm not doing the job, instead of trying to work it out like a normal person and maybe find a short step or something she just refuses to serve us and told her just go take off your dress and go. Not to mention it's a very concerning safety issue as well. Very disappointed and will never go there again....
