What an amazing experience! From the moment we were invited into the store Paula couldn’t do enough. She took her time during our appointment to allow my daughter to try on a large number of dresses giving feedback when required but allowing her to express her personality. Paula made my daughter feel comfortable and important. There was no pressure from Paula to buy from her but we cancelled the appointment we had booked with another boutique as Parra Gowns’ range and number of dresses was impressive (had to be over 100) and the service impeccable. Paula delivered what she promised. My daughter’s dress arrived in time and I cannot wait for her to have her special night. Thank you so much Paula for exceeding our expectations and being a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend you to friends!
