I had the most positive experience with Jess at Made with Love Bridal in Melbourne. I was shopping for my wedding dress for my elopement and had a short turn around of 3 months. Jess was extremely helpful from the get go, texting me as soon as I had made the booking with tips about what to bring and wear to the fitting. During the fitting she was so helpful and made an experience that I was somewhat dreading, a very positive and happy one. I was able to choose my wedding dress with the one appointment and ordered it on the same day, it then arrived within 6 weeks of ordering it. Unfortunately I had some problems with my bust fitting into the dress (I have a big bust which I anticipated was going to be an issue), however the dress maker Nikki at Como Alterations that they recommended (absolute life saver) fixed it all up for me and added some straps with no stress at all. I absolutely loved my dress and it was exactly what I wanted for my elopement.

Would 100% recommend Made With Love, for quality, for service, it was everything you would hope for, for a wedding dress shopping experience. Just got mine back after utilising their cleaning service also and the customer service was once again impeccable. The girls I met in store were so lovely and kind, not pushy and are so supportive. They seemed to really want u to look and feel your best. I was 5mths post partum when shopping so a little self conscious of my body and the women were nothing but affirming and positive. I had a wonderful experience with stylist Alannah at the Melbourne boutique! The space was gorgeous with perfect lighting. They had an excellent range of dresses. Alannah was amazing, she made me feel comfortable, she tailored her recommendations just for me and how I felt in each dress, and she made it such a fun experience ! She was also very attentive to my Mum as my guest. I would 100% recommend Made with Love!

I had such a lovely experience here. Jess was just amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I love love 2 dresses from here, but I ended up picking my dress from another boutique. I had so much luck, that I would have been so happy with either of the 2 dresses from MWL. Highly recommended, the gowns are so carefully designed with everything you could think of and more!!

I had the best time finding my dress! I had been researching MWL online for a few months and kept finding it was the one brand that had the most gorgeous dresses. I made an appointment ahead of time and was able to send through my top 3-5 dresses I'd been looking at. When we turned up for my appointment we were warmly welcomed by the stylist Dana and had an overall great experience. Dana was lovely in getting us some drinks and helping me try on dresses. The whole experience felt fun and magical. The actual MWL boutique was gorgeous too, very spacious and inviting. I was lucky to find a dress for me (after lots of researching), and as I was ready to purchase it on the day, Dana made the ordering process so easy and was very accommodating with custom changes. Would highly recommend MWL and Dana from the Brisbane boutique!

I could not recommend MWL or Emily more! I was lucky enough to have Emily for my original appointment and my retry appointment. And not only did she provide wonderful and much needed life advice, but the most gorgeous advice on how to make my decision when I was torn between three dresses. Emily made this experience for both my Mum and I. She knew the styles and made me feel heard when she pulled the most amazing suggestions. I would not have found the dress I chose if it wasn't for her. Eternally grateful for Emily and the wonderful experience, not to mention the amazing designs and quality of the dresses and service that comes post purchase! Cannot wait for the dress to arrive! After one really bad experience and a really good experience at two other bridal boutiques, I was not expecting to get such outstanding service from Emily at MWL in Carnegie. Emily actually suggested I try on Rhode (which by the way, was not at all what I thought I would go for!) and I loved the dress so much that I ended up going with it for my wedding! I actually added the sleeves from Winter and also had the extra piece of fabric that can be attached across the front to run across both sides. I cannot stress how perfect it was! I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately seeing as they didn't offer a final fitting, we actually were missing a vital piece that meant that the back of the dress didn't quite sit right on the day (nobody else really noticed and to be honest, I was so happy it was my wedding day that I didn't really care). On reflection, there also should have been some sort of guide/video provided on how to actually add all the attachments as this caused a little bit of extra time to be used up on the morning of the wedding as everyone who was with me in the bridal suite had not been shown how to do it properly/wasn't with me at the fitting as the wedding was in Ireland. Obviously an oversight on my part, but I would have thought that this would be built in to MWL's process, especially since brides are investing thousands of dollars in a dress and adding customisations. A final fitting appointment (which pretty much every other boutique does), would be a nice touch. But honestly, overall I'm thrilled with the dress (I got 4 looks in one!) and everyone commented on how beautiful it was!
