We had such a beautiful experience at Sheike in Epping, thanks to Mariam. She helped my sister find the perfect dress for her baby shower and was so patient, sweet, and genuinely kind the entire time - bless her ❤️
I have never received the service and genuine care that the beautiful Jenae had shown me. She made everything so easy, grabbing me my sizes, offering pieces she thought I’d like and showing me ways to re wear the clothes. Even with my kids running around! She was so sweet, playing with them while still helping other customers, juggling it all with a smile. As a new mum, still adjusting after giving birth, I honestly felt a bit self conscious. But Jenae made me feel so comfortable and confident in my own skin. It was more than just great service, it was kindness that truly made a difference. Not to mention the beautiful staff all being very polite and helpful with customers. All in all a 10/10 experience and highly recommend this store!!!!
Jenae was an absolute shining star! She greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel so welcome. Even while busy stocking and steaming, she dropped everything the moment I needed help every single time. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her positive energy and outstanding service make her a true credit to the store

Staff member Nelly had helped me today (name mentioned on receipt). Was greeted and acknowledged right away. Her bubbly personality made my shopping experience enjoyable. I’m very pleased with the service provided by her, she’s patient and very helpful when it comes to finding an outfit. I could also see the other member of staff (didn’t get her name), being very polite and helpful with another customer. 10/10 for service at this store, i don’t see much of it anymore!
