Used my dress box to clean both my wedding gowns (I had 2 for my special day) and the whole process from placing the order online, the cost and the timeframe + the delivery back to me and then unboxing them to see them so beautifully cleaned and boxed up so perfectly made me incredibly happy! So glad there is a business out there that offers this service and for a real affordable cost especially with our cost of living. I’m so beyond grateful that this business takes the care and time with the service they provide - I will definitely be recommending them to everyone in the future!!

I honestly had no idea how I was going to clean my wedding dress and was terrified of how much it would cost, but the process with MyDressbox was actually super easy and their pricing is so clear. They even said I can send them photos to double check which option I should order since my dress had a lot of layers. I saw the reels other people had made and it almost seemed too good to be true but now that I've received my dress back from them I can say for sure that they're really that good! They even managed to fix up a hole I had made in a layer that my foot went through. I'm beyond happy with how my dress turned out! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is wanting to clean their dress. It even comes in a lovely box that I can use to store it!

You’ve brought it completely back to life, and made it perfect again, including repairing the rip that occurred on my wedding day! 10/10 would recommend. I’ve been pleased from start to finish, from communication to results. Looking at reviews prior to going ahead, I noticed a common opinion was how long it took - I did not let that deter me as my wedding was over, there was literally no rush, not like I would be wearing it again?? But for those who have concerns regarding this - I had mine back within 3 months, not to mention this was over the end of year Xmas/new year period! So glad I went ahead with you, thanks again ❤️❤️

MyDressBox did an amazing job cleaning my wedding dress. It came back in wonderful condition — all of the party stains and markings were completely removed, and the dress was restored to its beautiful original self. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the care taken with such a special item. My only concern was with Australia Post, not MyDressBox. I was assured online that the delivery would be sign-on-delivery only or taken to the post office if unattended. Unfortunately, my wedding dress (valued at over $5,000) was left at my front door with no signature required. It had been hidden in my hedge, and upon opening the box I found ants inside. This was absolutely no fault of MyDressBox, and I want to be clear that my concern is solely with Australia Post’s delivery process. I would still highly recommend MyDressBox for their excellent service and results.

I cannot recommend the MyDressBox team enough. Amazing customer service and communication is one thing but then I received my dress and I could have cried at the beautiful box and quality of my dress. I’m so thankful for this service!! The process for sending your dress in is also super easy and comes with simple instructions.

I’m so happy I stumbled across MyDressBox whilst researching dry cleaners! It’s a super easy and seamless experience and perfect for the lazy bride haha (it took me a year to get around to doing this). Their chat box service was great, helped me select the right box for my dress and pricing was very reasonable. My dress came back looking brand new and I wish I could wear it all over again. I’d highly recommend taking the leap if you’re nervous to send off your dress, it’s definitely worth it!

I am so grateful I chose MyDressBox to clean by wedding dress. It was filthy after our wedding - our day was rainy. So as you can imagine my dress was stained with mud (and espresso martini). My dress came back looking brand new and in a lovely big box. MyDressBox was much more affordable than any dry cleaner quote I collected. Can’t recommend enough.
