I discovered Ly by accident on social media, and I’m really glad I did. It turned out she had also done work for jazzy photography ( Another amazing local business) and so I was confident to reach out and organise some flowers for world teachers day. Ly is very friendly and prepared a lovely bunch of flowers for the teacher I am happy to have found a local florist x

The floral arrangements have been such a big hit (it’s so breathtaking), the customer service was impeccable and Ly has been efficient in responding and organising deliveries. Ly was absolutely amazing to deal with - flowers were beautiful and fresh, and she was able to deliver the flowers the next day (even in a busy period with Christmas a few days away!). Her service and communication is wonderful and she updated me when the flowers were delivered. Will definitely be using Ly at Smiling Petals again next time 🙂 Highly recommend!

Ly was fantastic, not only were the flowers incredible, the recipient due to medical reasons had recently moved house so she went out of her way to re-deliver to the new address! Fantastic service and I would absolutely recommend.

We reached out to Ly for our wedding flowers, and couldn't have been more impressed! She's fantastic at understanding what look you're after, and her skill and talent with achieving it is incredible! Our wedding bouquets, centrepieces, hairpieces, gazebo decorations, and much more turned out jaw-dropping! The effort, time, and dedication she puts into her work is outstanding - and she was fantastically helpful with figuring out what flowers we'd need where, and how it could be made to look exquisite! I called Ly at the last moment to ask for a boutonnière for my daughter’s date. She did a magnificent job! It was like a tiny piece of art. She insisted I pay later as we were rushing to the event. I would have paid twice the amount for her rushing this job for me. Thank you, Ly 🌷

The other day, in the morning, I contacted Ly through her Facebook page. Because the night before I decided I needed a way to express how grateful I am to a lovely family who’s been really nice to me. And, I thought flowers are the perfect way to express gratefulness. When I saw the bouquet of flowers posted on Ly’s Instagram page, it just felt so right that she’s the one I ask to do the arrangement. Then, boom! I was right. She’s very helpful and flexible. She asked me questions to determine what I need and what will work for me. She managed to get the flowers delivered on the same day. She’s just so awesome!
