such a shame this small store seems to not be kept up to standard at all. Produce tickets are a bit confusing and not really above the correct items, there’s out of date products and prices seem to be all over the place and not in front of the correct products. It’s just so messy and I can never actually see any staff members for help either. The shelf products seem to be just as confusing as well, nothing really seems to be filled properly just kind of squished onto the shelf and forced in leaving it damaged or broken product and also not really in its own place. Usually only one checkout open and line gets long.

I am so over how slow the service is here. Even today they actually had 3 tills open but it was slow. More frustratingly there was a staff member that seemed to be buying something and was faffing around whilst there were 3 long queues. The staff are rude and unfriendly too. I just can't be bothered even trying here anymore.

DO NOT go near this store. It is filthy, a horrendous dirty and the staff couldn't care less. This has been formally reported and would not pass a health inspection within the first metre of a review. The floors, display units, freezers and bread baskets are covered in grime. The food is out of date, damaged and horrifically bad. The tabbouleh had actual dish detergent mixed within it (reported). If you dont believe me, see for yourself - but watch the floors on your first few steps; the grime is so bad that it's visible across the entire shop. Other Harris Farm Markets are excellent. This one is putrid.

Some fruit and veg is reasonably priced, some are way too expensive. If you have more time than money, this is place to go. You’ll wait in a long queue to be rung up by outdated registers. The fruit on special will be cheap. You’ll have to go to another shop to get the other fruit and veg you need, which is over priced at Harris Farm. And then you’ll probably end up going back to Harris Farm because they’ve overcharged you for something or another. Also, the store is sticky. Always feels like you need to wash your hands after shopping there.

Absolutely useless store. Staff could not care about you and look at you as an inconvenience. Produce is also average, soups are always out of date. Lasagna sheets were mouldy and shop is very dirty. Too busy talking to clean anything apparently. Do not recommend at all.

Great underground car parking, but a VERY SMALL store for a HFM branch! They didn't have the Latvinian marinated glass here! (((

Conveniently located in a small shopping centre with lots of parking. It follows the usual store format that you have to wind your way through, even if you only want one thing, but the specials on great quality fruit and veg are worth it.
