Dissapointed. Ive been trying for 3 weeks to organise to book to hire tables and chairs for my daughters 21st in December. Sent an email on a Wednesday. Called the same week on Friday to follow up as no response and was told I'd have a reply over the weekend. Nothing. Followed up via email again a week later. And still nothing a week after my last follow up. Absolutely poor service. Wanted to try and support a local business, but they clearly don't want my business. Will be going elsewhere now.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company, would not recommend to anyone! After providing measurements, booking and paying for a marquee I was specifically told would fit in the space I had, two days before the event two of the rudest people I’ve ever met came out to install it, only to tell me no chance it’s going to fit, nothing we can do, we don’t have time to deliver anything smaller and then left! When I called the office the service was no better I was told I would get a call back, no one bothered to call me. Thankfully I was able to find another company with amazing customer service who squeezed me into their schedule and our event was saved. Do not use Werribee party hire if you want a reliable service or even basic manners from their staff and manager!
