Never going back here ever again ! They don’t do refunds at all so instead they do store credit and when you use the store credit they won’t even let you come back to do more purchases with the credit you gave to use it all up . The manager is so rude she keeps talking about herself and her staff rather than caring about customers ! She knew I was pregnant and I cancelled our baby shower so I had to exchange for my sagnificant birthday .. the manager basically told me to use all the credit today and she stressed me out I was still choosing what to buy , in the end I said that’s why you should do refunds it’s so much easier and she tried kicking me out the store before all this because their closing like I was left at the store with a heavy basket , they don’t help ! The manger is horrible to customers and the balloon I just blew up popped very easy , don’t go there it’s a waste of money prices are ridiculously expensive ! Not happy at all . Top Party Supplies were recommended to me by a friend. I recently engaged their business to do the decor for my event. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and very helpful when it came to designing the backdrop and choosing colours for the balloon garland. Out of all the businesses I contacted, they offered the best pricing. I was very happy with how it all turned out and would engage them again for future events.

Rude staff, specially with kids, expensive pricing ( $18 per foil helium balloon). Better off going other shops.

Great experience and they did a wonderful job on a birthday balloon bouquet I ordered.

I found my experience here to be a little rude and expensive. There was also an adult section which wasn't clearly labelled and I was with my stepdaughter which we both were very awkwardly forced to look at because of this, luckily she was 21 but imagine this had happened to someone with a child. Also nothig was labelled so when you get to the counter they can make up any price they like. It's a common trick retailers use to take more of your money. To top it all off the lady at the registers was pretty rude when I informed herof this. My advice try a different store as this was both expensive and a rude place to shop.
