Tong Li Supermarket Hurstville Westfield

On February 19 around 4 PM, the cashier was extremely rude during checkout. Even though I clearly had a shopping bag with me, she threw the items roughly next to my bag instead of handing them to me or placing them properly. The name on the receipt is Yanfen. Please provide proper customer service training to your staff.

Goods and price is ok, however, the customer service let the whole store experience down, especially the stocking person. On 7th Dec, I am waiting at the cashier counter, one stocking person walk pass and hit my trolley which makes it move as a result hit my daughter who stand next to it. I provide feedback to the store, they simply just told me they are very busy. Excuse me!!! To me it means my daughter is deserved to be hit just because they are busy, and they not even give a "Sorry" for that. Shame on you, Tongli

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashline lady who's about 40+, with white bow in her hair, working time around 11am.. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed a total lack of interest in customer service. Communication was non, not even eye contacted. She throw goods into my shopping bags etc...guess what she could not be bothered to tell me how much it cost instead I had to find out from the Efpos machine... This was not the first time that I have experienced this poor level of the service. PS: If I could I wish to give nagative stars review

Instant noodles variety has not changed in a long time. Same thing, few Korean, Malaysian options, saw no Indo variety and no Japanese goodness, just more expensive. $7.99 for a 6 or 8 pack of instant noodles is ridiculous.

Yum I have to point out Tong Li Supermarket sell the most amazing and delicious durian ice cream 💛💛💛💛💛 They do not sell it in the Tong Li Supermarket in the Hurstville train station. They have so many variety 🥰
