We looked at the big menu on the frame of the wall outside the entrance and decided we’d like to eat here. I was really keen on the ramen omelette. When we were seated and got the menus, it wasn’t on there. I asked and was told they’d changed menus two weeks ago. That’s fine, I get menus change, but why not at least take down the one out the front advertising and I ended up ordering the gojuchang & peanut butter noodles. They were very tasty, but only luke warm and even cold in some parts once arrived. I asked if it was possible to microwave them. The lady was very friendly and got them to it. She even offered a refund which we turned down. I just wanted them heated up to eat, and they were nice. Dad loved the ‘gimme the lot’ breakfast and said it was very good. Overall, the staff were very lovely and helpful and the food tasted nice. I just think the wrong menu out the front after two weeks of a different menu is false advertising and it would be good to make sure the meals are properly heated before being served.

I ordered the Big Breakie and it was absolutely worth it—every bite. The plate came out full and beautifully presented, with generous portions of everything. Perfectly cooked eggs with rich, runny yolks, crispy bacon, sausages, baked beans, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, hash brown, and thick slices of toasted sourdough. Everything was well-seasoned and cooked just right. What really stood out was the balance—nothing felt greasy or heavy, just hearty and satisfying. I cleaned the plate completely, which says a lot! ☺️ Great quality ingredients, excellent portion size, and clearly made with care. If you’re hungry and want a proper breakfast, this is the one to order. Will definitely be back again.

Had excellent lunch experience at Common Ground today. Friendly and funny staffs, good service. Ordered a dish called Lo Hei, is only special for Chinese Lunar New Year which is available for just two weeks. It is a salad dish with raw salmon or smoked salmon as your preference, very tasty and fun to eat. Also ordered a drinks, Ice Mango Matcha, the Mango Jam is well combine with the pure matcha, the taste is bravo! I like this Cafe, has cosy and welcoming environment, definitely coming back again!

Highly recommend visiting this cafe at least once. The cold brew in the can is such a great idea and not to mention it tastes amazing. It was very hazelnut and chocolatey. The staff were kind, welcoming, and accommodating to our big group in the morning. Especially one of the staff, I think may have been the manager, he was very charismatic and friendly. One that makes you feel welcome to sit as long as you need. My family and I absolutely loved our experience and will be visiting again. Quick service, accommodating for big groups, great coffee and food!

Apart from the usual cafe dishes, their menu also features many Asian and fusion dishes. They change the menu from time to time so I’m always excited to try new dishes when I revisit. 🙂 Food presentation is always lovely. You will see many edible flowers in their plating, great for the Gram. 📸

Came here for brunch recently and loved it. The Turkish eggs were excellent, as was the big breakfast. Tasty coffee too. Not great gluten free options.

We searched up a close cafe to us after my grandmothers funeral to eat and talk. We were all very full of grief and mourning. We sat down and the service was amazing. The owner then let me come behind the front counter to put my matcha through their new can press machine and he let me press the button myself. The owner then gave me a free sample of their new matcha flavour ! This turned out day around completely. In a time of great sadness he made us all laugh and smile. I can’t thank him enough for this small act of kindness which made a huge difference in our day. Truly an amazing cafe and owner, our food was delectable and 5 star and the service - well 5 stars is not enough to explain it. Will definitely be back again and for those reading this - go give this place some love, it’s well deserved
