Very cute cafe, love the aesthetics. Even though they were busy all the food came out very quickly! Canadian breakfast was yum, but must say the fish tacos were a standout. Great combo of ingredients, haven’t had fish tacos like this anywhere else. Also salted caramel iced coffee was fab.

This café absolutely nails it. The food isn’t just good, it’s the kind that makes you pause mid-conversation because you’re too busy appreciating how good it tastes. Every dish felt thoughtfully put together, beautifully presented, and full of flavour without being overcomplicated. What really sets this place apart though is the service. The staff are amazing, you can tell they care about the experience, not just the order. It’s the kind of spot you leave already planning your next visit. 10/10 every time.

Had a really lovely meal here. The salmon was perfectly cooked – crispy skin, tender inside, and beautifully presented with fresh greens and a vibrant sauce. Definitely a great spot for brunch or a casual catch-up. Would happily come back again!

Had a lovely Breakfast at Urban Jungle Cafe in Hurstville. The food was fresh, generous in portion, and beautifully presented. We ordered the big breakfast and iced coffees — everything tasted great, especially the eggs and sourdough. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual catch-up or family breakfast. A special thank you to the staff member Mel for her wonderful service. She is very friendly, always smiling, and provides genuine hospitality. Her warm attitude and attentive service really made our visit enjoyable. The cafe is very lucky to have her on the team. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thanks, Mike

Urban Jungle Cafe Hurstville is a beautiful place to enjoy your brunch! I love Crispy Skin Grilled Salmon as it is not only beautifully presented but also delectable! I like Miso Xo Prawn Spaghetti as miso, Xo sauce and fish roe made prawn and spaghetti very flavorful. Wagyu Beef Burger is incredibly juicy and tender, so scrumptious. Mango Passion Crush is very fresh and the popping pearls is so delightful! Açaí smoothie is full of Açaí berries, coconut water, banana, oats and other berries, it is so healthy and delicious. The staff at Urban Jungle Cafe Hurstville are very friendly and welcoming. This is the cafe restaurant I like to visit regularly!

I haven’t visited in years, but went for brunch this week and the taste is still good, if not better than before. The food and drink menu is extensive. The food is aesthetically pleasure, as well as the cafe interiors itself (bonus for pictures). What we ordered: - steak sandwich: well sauced, steak cooked well and bread was good - miso xo prawn spaghettini: such pungent flavours, good prawn and spaghetti ratio. - fish taco: one of the best I’ve had! Good balance between veggies and fish. For drinks: - fresh watermelon crush - pink lemonade, lychee and rose Staff are also super friendly, thank you!

Every weekend without fail, I walk all the way from Mortdale just for their açai bowl with hot peanut butter and a good coffee — and it’s honestly worth every step! It’s hands down the best açai bowl in Sydney (and I’ve tried plenty!). It’s not too sweet like a lot of others, and it’s always topped with the perfect mix of granola, berries, kiwi, and shaved coconut. Pure heaven in a bowl! The staff are just the best — they see me coming and have a table ready and my order on the go before I even sit down! That’s what I call great customer service!! Mel runs the place like a pro and Marietta (I hope I’m saying that right!) is so friendly and welcoming. Actually, everyone there makes you feel welcome. Great food, great coffee, and genuinely lovely people. Urban Jungle is my go to place — and definitely worth the walk from Mortdale!
