Yarraville Event Hub

Our Hall of Fame function of 130 guests was a total success. The feedback we received from attendees was all very positive. Thanks to the Event Manager on the day, Kate in particular for her organising and communication skills which was a major reason we had such a successful and enjoyable day. All the Yarraville Club staff were engaging, helpful and very nice people to deal with. The food, service and timing of meals were fantastic which exceeded our expectations. I would without hesitation recommend the Yarraville Club for your next function.

We held our 2025 Williamstown Football Club Presentation Night at the Yarraville Event Hub for the second consecutive year, and once again everything ran smoothly. As our home-ground event centre isn’t large enough, the Yarraville Room has been the perfect fit for us. The food and service were excellent, and the new addition of colour lighting this year was a real highlight for our guests. All AV worked seamlessly, which made running an awards night stress-free. The Yarraville Event Hub team do a fantastic job with their clients, and we’d like to especially thank Kate and Dean for their hard work in helping bring our night together. Highly recommend this venue for any large-scale awards event.

Dean went out of the way to accomodate our requested changes (both dietary & functional). My daughter thoroughly enjoyed celebrating her 21st at the Yarraville Club. Liam was the perfect hospitable coordinator of our event on the night. You cannot ask for a better host to run your event. Same goes for the young lady, who easily switched from being a server, photographer, bartender etc. (sorry didn't get her name). Big thanks to the chef too. Food was delicious!

30th birthday celebration was awesome! Food was amazing! Service was fantastic! A special thanks to DJ and Billie who were just wonderful on the night, they were so friendly and professional. Also dealing with Dean and Kate to organise the night was a breeze. They all were so helpful and made our night.

We used the ballroom at Yarraville Club for our school graduation. We had the most perfect night! YC staff checked with us in the lead up and helped us organise the setup on the night. The food was great and they met all of our dietary needs. Staff and parents all raved about the night and the venue 🙂 We have already book again for next year!

My husband and I celebrated our joint birthdays in the private function room, and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff were absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with—from back of house through to front of house. The food was delicious, and the entire night ran seamlessly. A special thank you to everyone for making our celebration such a memorable one.

A HUGE thank you is well and truly deserved from all of the Oz HOG members who attended our very first meeting in your Bar 135 space. I knew it was going to be a great night when I walked in and saw "Welcome Oz HOG" on your entrance screen! We all loved that touch! What a wonderful venue you have. Thank you Kate for being so accommodating and the layout of the room was spot on. And Dean, thank you! Your interest in not only our experience at The Yarraville Club, but who we actually are, was wonderful. Our members commented on the delicious food as well as the easy parking and friendliness of the staff and incredible service. We’ll definitely be back!
