Chandelier's On Abbey

We stayed here last weekend for a wedding on the property. I cannot give this place enough praise. The bride and groom chose the hill overseeing the forest for their ceremony which was stunning with lots of shade nearby. The reception was below in the garden/sky bar area which was magical at night. The staff Kristy and Amanda were do friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. I loved the forest chalet where we stayed, it was secluded with amazing sunrise and sunset views. Also loved the spa and the vasse shampoo, bathsalts and soap provided. Highly recommend this venue to have a weekend getaway or for an intimate wedding.

I had a fantastic honeymoon experience at Chandeliers on the Abbey! This secluded accommodation provided the perfect setting for our romantic getaway. The self-check-in and check-out process made things incredibly convenient. The highlight was the spa with its lovely view, allowing us to unwind in tranquility. The self-contained nature of the accommodation added to the privacy and romance of our stay. Additionally, its proximity to wineries and a chocolate factory made exploring the area a delight. Lastly, the booking process was incredibly easy. It was the perfect location to spend the last few days of our honeymoon.

This place was amazing. It was so secluded, peaceful and relaxing. The facilities were lovely. Enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come again. It was so lovely to be away from everyone. The only down points I'll make, there needs to be a barn style door attached where the hallway leads into the bedroom. The sun in the morning can be a little brutal if you're keen for a sleep in. The other is the heated floor. Its not really a heated floor. It's a small strip in front of the vanity. Not the whole floor. The floor in the toilet is still cold and there weren't enough bath mats provided. It's hard to get them dry again when the weather is a bit cooler. But overall I would recommend staying here.

Outstanding chalets, loved the spa bath and most comfortable King sized bed. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, however we stayed warm with two airconditioning units and endless supply of hot water. The only recommendation I would make to the owners is to consider adding gas fireplaces. This would give the chalets an unbeatable ambience and make for the perfect stay. We'll be back again and hope to stay in the Plunge retreat over Summer.

My partner and I stayed in the Plunge Retreat for our anniversary and it was such an amazing chalet with 5 star amenities, a beautiful spa, the amazing heated plunge pool and, of course, the huge chandelier above the bed. We have never felt so alone (in the best way!) in such a serene environment out in the bush. If you are quiet enough during night and day, you can enjoy the beautiful wildlife surrounding the chalet (we caught a glimpse of kangaroos, an owl and many different birds). Thank you for such a great stay!

Great stay at this property. We were thoroughly impressed with the chalet and facilities. Having a plunge pool and jacuzzi to go back to after visiting wineries and the beaches was great. Everything was very clean and the property had everything we needed. Very close to all the good wineries too.

Honestly I can’t think of a better place for a romantic getaway. From the moment you walk into the chalet (we stayed at number 2) you are absolutely wowed. Glass windows out to the wilderness, full kitchen, chandelier over the bed, two showers, full spa bath; it was so perfect! We went for part of our honeymoon and had the best time.
