Loft West End

Wow, what a fantastic experience! I recently hosted a cupcake class in the Cocktail Lounge at Loft and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space is absolutely beautiful ~ long tables with linen, candles for an elegant touch, and that stunning modern bar with teal tiles and leather couches. It’s classy, intimate, and ideal for both small gatherings and larger groups. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Mick, the Functions Manager, was incredible in every interaction ~ from our initial emails to the day of the event. He greeted me on arrival, helped with setup, made sure every detail was taken care of, arranged a dedicated bartender, played music we loved, and ensured everyone’s glasses stayed full. He made the entire process effortless. I also know the owner and his wife personally, and they are genuinely wonderful people who go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed. They even helped me set up and joined in on the class, which made the day even more special. I can’t wait to host more classes in this beautiful space. Highly recommend! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Mick and Tessa and the team who looked after our wedding. I believe it was Hannah and her night crew who just blew us away with their customer service. We have only heard wonderful comments about them after we had our wedding there on the 24th of October. Food was delicious, all of it was catered gluten free since I’m coeliac and can say that I had no issues with the food, which is always a concern when I go out to restaurants and I’m super grateful for the care taken to ensure that. It was truly wonderful and my now husband I, are exceptionally pleased with how smoothly the evening went. Wedding planning and events have the ability to be pretty stressful but with a lot of communication - thanks mick and Tessa 🥰 the night went without a hitch. We truly are grateful for you guys 😁 and we will for sure be back.

I love this venue and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! They’re family owned and the service they provided was absolutely phenomenal. They always had a smile on their face and were always happy to help. We hired their venue for an event and they spent over 4 hours setting up and decorating the environment beforehand especially for the night. I’d always recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. Thank you for the amazing night. 5 Stars!

What a let down. I had my 40th/New Years party at the loft. The communication with the events manager prior to my event was terrible and inconsistent. He was unable to take accountability and constantly made excuses. I was told by the events manager when I was trying to organise the drinks package "you need me on your side" and "I'm giving up my night with my family to be here" I was very clear that I had coeliac guests which needed to be catered to, there was no signage to determine what was available for them. There were no sliders on gluten free bread made either. Sound kept cutting out throughout the night which was frustrating. I was told the venue was available for pack down from 3pm the next day. I was texted by the events manager at 3:05pm "How far away are you? Owner is there now just cleaning loft around your decorations " Service on the night was good and my mother and uncle were taken care off as were my young neice and nephew. I would never recommend this venue and wish I had just hosted at my home.

Mick did an absolutely excellent job at organising our work Christmas party. The space looked great, everything went according to plan, and we had a really fun time. The food was delicious and the bar kept up with us! Thanks Mick, Hannah, and bar crew for making our event a huge success. Would highly recommend for events.

Amazing service! The were so so nice, especially Bron. If you want to just chat to them, everyone there is very lovely- went out of their way to make sure I was having a good time. I was not a wine person until they recommended one and I loved it!!!

We had our work Christmas party at the loft. Great venue, great food,, great staff. Jackson managed making cocktails for us all night. No request too hard. Hannah and mick functions coordinators were fabulous too.
