The Charm - Receptions & Events

"The Charm" did not disappoint!!! I hosted my Son's Birthday party at The Charm comprising of 100+ guests. During my conversation I learnt they have additional business catering to party decorations, backdrops & artifacts offering diverse options at competitive prices (I had explored few options earlier). This saved me the hassle of negotiating & navigating through multiple vendors. it was a one-stop-shop offering which made it convenient for me – venue, catering, decorations, etc… it was single point of contact. The Venue & decorations were impressive (I opted to keep it simple), our guests raved about the food and overall service was incredible. I was pleased that our guests were not queued for drinks, the efficient staff at the Bar and rest of the crew were courteous and efficient. The owners extended personalised service ensuring everything went well. Was fun evening! I recommend The Charm for events/receptions. The only flip side to this day was the weather, which unfortunately we have no control over 😉

The Charm was a perfect place for our football clubs annual ball. The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The food was fresh and delicious and drinks flowed allowing everyone to have a good time on the dance floor. We can’t wait to come back next year!

I recently attended an event at the Charm Reception, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The venue itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Nikki and Nicole provided exceptional service throughout the evening. They were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure that everyone felt welcome and comfortable. The food was also delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of the event. Their friendly demeanor truly made the gathering memorable. I highly recommend the Charm Reception for anyone looking to host a fantastic event!

We held our annual Christmas luncheon recently at The Charm and were very happy with everything. The tables were beautifully decorated and the decor was bright and fresh. Charmine, Nicole and Nikki were absolutely wonderful to deal with making sure everything is perfect for our event and our discerning guests. The food was ample and delicious. The dance floor was big and our guests danced and enjoyed the atmosphere. The friendly and attentive service was excellent. Everyone had a wonderfull time! I would definitely recommend The Charm for any event. See you next year!

What an amazing party was last night. The venue was great the staff was so friendly and great service and the food was absolutely tasty. The music band was also awesome. Can't wain for the next occasion.

Attended a christening and the service and food was disgraceful. My seat cover was damp and ruined my outfit for the night. Food was cold and bland. I had to walk to the bar to get my drinks. I do NOT recommend. Don't bother 😡

Charmine and her daughters were lovely, they listened and communicated with us through this whole journey. They were very kind and supported us in our event.
