A great venue for work functions. We've had a couple of our Christmas parties here and the space has been great for us. The location on George Street right in front of the light rail stop is superb and the food and service were top notch.

We hosted our wedding industry event at the Establishment Ballroom and the venue space was stunning and the food was incredible! The venue team and hotel staff were super attentive, accommodating and so easy to coordinate with. The rooms were lovely too.

Establishment Ballroom, it serves as an impeccable venue for seminars, exuding a charming ambiance. The ballroom's setting exudes sophistication, complemented by an exceptional culinary experience. However, the dimly lit restroom might need attention for better visibility. Nevertheless, the allure of street views through the windows and the splendid setting compensates for this minor flaw. Yet, the issue with elevator waiting times might dampen the overall experience, a point of consideration for smoother event logistics.

They would rather let me stay alone by myself as women, then go in with my friends because I had one glass of wine. Says a lot about their ethics. Bad bar. No one liked it there. lol
