Empire R&B Nightclub

I had my sons fairwell this evening and Josh the venue manager looked after us. The service was exceptional and he went above and beyond for us. Thank you for a fantastic night Josh appreciate you ❤️

lady that was doing the payment for the entry was so rude just trying to have a good night and she was saying snarky remarks such as "is $6 alright for you" after we had showed her our wristbands. and she continued to be rude to us until the magager did a good job came outside and offered us free drinks. good job to the manager bad job to whoever was on that payment.

If i wasn’t in this club scaring and roaring at guys, i would of not met my Tyra where a beautiful friendship has been formed and probably will have our wedding in ur club, woohoo

The music from this bar is extremely loud—even on the 9th floor, the bass vibrations are clearly audible, and it continues past midnight, making it impossible to sleep. While I understand bars need ambiance, the volume is unnecessarily high and disruptive. Respect for nearby residents' right to rest would be greatly appreciated.

Terrible security some poor girl was getting abused by so guy who had way too much to drink to the point he could barely stand, so I notified security and they were rude and did nothing when this poor girls was getting harassed and on top of that he ended up spilling his drink all over me and my partner

There is a reason why this nightclub is dead and don’t even bother to go here

We went during the Sunday Easter long weekend. Good promotion with free entry and ladies get free drinks until 2am. I have to rate low due to poor customer service from the bar staff. They were not polite at all. I did not behave in a manner that would initiate poor behaviour whilst making a drink order.
