Sensational service, was served by a very friendly gentleman bartender who seems to genuinely love his job. I highly recommend coming here for a delicious feed, great service and an even better beer.

Come in for dinner on Monday night. The hostess was welcoming. Shoutout to the chef! The food was phenomenal! Rump, cob loaf, Texan parmi absolutely slapped. The kids meals looked hot and yum too

Disappointing experience — won’t be returning. We visited today 03/03/2026 for dinner around 7pm and the service was simply unacceptable. We waited over 15 minutes and there was no acknowledgment . Had to ask a staff for a high chair as we were there with a toddler. The staff were dismissive and inattentive throughout the meal.The resturant was not that busy and could see the staff were attending other tables but didn’t even bother to give a menu or the table service for sitting. The food itself was decent, which makes the poor service even more frustrating — this place has potential, but the front-of-house completely let it down. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least basic attentiveness. Management needs to seriously address staff training and accountability. Until then, there are better options nearby.

I’ve been to Springlake Hotel for a mix of events, functions and casual dining with friends and it’s always been a great experience. The food is consistently excellent and the service is friendly and professional. Their function centre is also fantastic, always well organised and set up in a way that makes networking easy and comfortable. It’s a reliable local spot that delivers every time, whether you’re attending an event or just out for a meal.

3.3.2025 We returned for lunch today. My friend enjoyed the Lamb Shank ($38), a hearty meal indeed. I again ordered the pan-fried Barramundi ($34) and it was fantastic. On the downside, the Barramundi fillet had shrunk by 40% compared to my last visit, resulting in the deduction of one star. Rating 4/5 20.6.2024 We visited for lunch today and our meals were served within 20 minutes. My mate enjoyed his Smokehouse Beef Brisket. My pan-fried Barramundi was very fresh, served with crisp skin was so tender and tasty. I thanked Chef James Hamilton personally for the best Barramundi meal. Our Coffees were intense and satisfying. We shared a Sticky Date Pudding, a perfect dessert to end our meal. Thanks guys for a wonderful lunch! Rating: 5/5

If I could give them half a star, then I would! We came to celebrate a birthday at lunch, we got told when we ordered, it would be a half an hour wait, however it wasn't. We waited over and hour and 15 minutes, and still no food. We ended up cancelling our order, as this was an absolutely ridiculous wait time. Over half our table still hasn't received their food when we decided to leave. We asked for the manager, and were ignored. The only thing we were told is "its busy, we can offer free drinks while you wait." Sorry, but that's not acceptable. The staff need to keep the customers up to date on their food and wait times, not just standing and staring at tables of unhappy and hungry customers. Won't be coming back anytime soon!

I’m really bummed about my experience here on Sunday night. I book a table of 30-40 here every three months for my friends and I for dinner. We all order meals and drinks so I would imagine we spend thousands each time. Sunday night my son was with us who, due to being autistic, only eats very plain food. Because McDonald’s is across the car park we picked him up a happy meal as it’s a safe food for him and would make the rest of our night easier. I was so disappointed when one of your staff reprimanded me for having outside food. I explained that he is autistic and that we are a table of 40 so surely it would be okay for one single child to have outside food. She simply repeated that I couldn’t have outside food. I would understand if it was only a table of four or if a bunch of people had McDonald’s. But when a four year old has a half finished happy meal on a table of 40 does it really matter? I’m now rethinking having our quarterly get togethers here.
