I cannot emphasise enough how grateful we are to Janine and everyone else at Lightning Hill Estate for all their hard work and effort and the overall role they played in making our wedding the best day of our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and staff to help us have the day we wanted. What is usually a very stressful time for many couples turned out to be one of the most calming and outstandingly beautiful days of our lives. Thank you so much Janine and LHE. Forever grateful 💕

Janine and her staff helped us have the most incredible wedding day experience. Everyone at lightning hill works in the wedding industry because they love what they do and it really shows. The care and attention to detail we were shown was unmatched. The food was delicious and their estate wines just as nice. The estate itself is also absolutely gorgeous and so lovingly maintained. We could not have had the day we had without Janine, her beautiful home and her extremely dedicated team. Thank you so much Janine for helping us have the most wonderful wedding day.

The venue is absolutely stunning but what makes it even more beautiful is the warm family vibe created by Janine and the team. We booked LHE for my Mum and Step Dad's wedding. They where looking fo an intimate venue to hold the ceremony and reception. Janine coordinated everything so well (I liased with her on behalf of my Mum and Step Dad). They had a cocktail style reception and nothing was too much trouble. Janine offered us a pack with recommended businesses like photographers, entertainment, cars etc for the big day. This was SO helpful. The wedding day arrived and everything went beautifully. The food was delicious, the venue is stunning (with some help from Bespoke flowers too) and everything perfectly done. Thank you Janine and team. Highly recommend LHE.

My fiancé and I came to Janine looking to get married in 2023 we booked for the 24th of October 2024 and then we found out we were expecting baby number 1 so we made the decision with Janine to push the date to August of 2025 and a few months later we found out we were expecting baby number 2 so again we pushed the date out to 26th of Feb 2026. We then decided we would elope in secret and with Janine’s help on the day we created the illusion of a "ceremony" to announce we had been married for an entire week and a half prior. Janine was and has been absolutely amazing through the entire process of trying to get us married and I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator to finally get the day done. Safe to say it turned out better then imagined.

Absolutely stunning venue with amazing staff and a beautiful supportive wedding coordinator, Janine. Janine (and her family) did everything she could to make our wedding day the best day of our lives, including providing vendor recommendations, assistance with menu selection and just making sure every step of the wedding planning process was covered. On the day, she made sure everything flowed seamlessly. She was the coordinator of our dreams! The food was abundant and delicious (we used the on-site catering), the service was exceptional, but the venue itself was a major standout; it was just breathtaking at night looking out over the hills. We were made to feel like family and our wedding was a joyous family occasion, with all the staff involved. Highly recommend Lightning Hill Estate; we wish we could get married all over again to relive such an incredible night.
