The Chapel at Gold Creek

The Chapel at Gold Creek is a stunning, fairytale wedding venue and we were so excited to get married there. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating and were very patient taking us and our 5 kids through a long rehearsal. On the wedding day, Jeremy was a delight and did a stellar job of getting all the music just right, as well as guiding the attendants’ timing for the processional. Both the chapel and grounds are beautiful and the perfect backdrop for gorgeous photos.

I attended a funeral there under the backdrop was fantastic. Gardens were so peaceful, excellent for those who need time out to reflect. I think it would also make a beautiful wedding ceremony within the chapel or even gardens.FREE parking is available directly across the road. The backdrop is magnificent glass panels which opens the outside gardens and wildlife while sitting inside. Absolutely stunning. The chapel is only open when the venue is being used.

Trudy and the beautiful venue of Gold Creek Chapel were the best part of my wedding day this year! After multiple postponements across several years, Trudy was such a gem to work with and was so accomodating to every change and question i had. I had a vision in mind for so long on what i wanted for the day, and the Chapel truly was magic and brought my vision entirely to life. The grounds provide the most beautiful backdrops for bridal portraits and the chapel provides more than enough seating for all your guests. Everyone was so complimentary of the magnificence of the chapel. The service was impeccable, Trudy's customer interactions were so friendly and her professionalism was highly regarded. I could not fault a single aspect of my time with The Chapel at Gold Creek. Honestly so happy with the time at the chapel and i am so so grateful for the time and effort Trudy put in. I could not recommend them enough to future couples for their weddings, or for any events. Thank you so very much to Trudy and the remarkable beauty of The Chapel at Gold Creek.

We had our wedding at Gold Creek Chapel on a beautiful crisp Canberra winter’s day. This stunning venue was the perfect place to hold our ceremony - the beautiful window outlook, charming location, and having staff there on the day made sure everything ran smoothly, looked beautiful and was generally just a breeze to deal with! It was also very comfortable for our guests, with plenty of seating, and lots of convenient parking across the road. We could not recommend a better venue for a wedding ceremony.

A beautiful spot. I love that the side doors open up completely to allow more seating. So beautiful for photos. I have been to both a funeral and a wedding here. The funeral made use of the extra space given that so many friends were there to bid the young man farewell. The wedding was a delightfully intimate affair

The chapel at gold creek is the best location to get married in. It’s gorgeous and has plenty of room for big weddings but also feels cosy for a smaller number of guests. The gardens are stunning and parking close by for guests. Really great communication between us and the organiser leading up to our day. We can’t recommend the Gold Creek Chapel enough as a wedding venue.

Beautiful, acoustically pleasing building, made all the more wonderful with it's huge window looking out into a lovely space filled with a fountain and greenery. A gorgeous, modern take on traditional stained glass windows lined the upper walls and it was altogether, architecturally, a sympathetic structure with simplified Gothic lines. The service (funeral) was all the more serene due to the setting in amongst large, shady trees and simple, elegant landscaping. If I ever had the hankering to get married again (hell should freeze over first) then that would be the place to do it. Since the above is less likely to happen before I vacate this earthly plain, it'd be more prudent to plan the former rather than even contemplate the latter!
