I organised for one of our team members to stay here for the night. Ben was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our communication. He kindly stayed back to ensure that one of our team member’s training kits was safely received at the hotel lobby, which we greatly appreciated. His willingness to go the extra mile demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for our team’s needs. Thank you, Ben, for your outstanding support.

The car park was a bit tight and the disabled parking was not near the entrance to the apartment. The apartment itself was not accessibly fit out but the shower was able to be used. Possibly consider having handrails installed to assist clients with mobility issues around the toilet and shower in apartment 2’s ensuite. Overall the apartment wa# very comfortable.

Our stay was a little longer ago than January 2025. I just found that I hadn’t completed this so I’m completing it now. Our day was generally good. We were put up there by our insurance company while our house was being repaired considering it wasn’t our home it was acceptable. The staff did attempt to make us as happy as possible not so much the owners and management though.

The spa and wellness center at this hotel are outstanding. After a long day exploring, the massage and sauna were just what we needed. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the entire property feels calm and luxurious. We left feeling refreshed and happy.

The staff made us feel welcome upon our arrival.||The stairs were a little steep for my partner so make sure you get a ground floor apartment if you have weak legs. ||The place was clean, neat and had the facilities we needed for our stay. ||If you use the balcony while it rains you'll get wet. There is no shelter there. ||Overall a pleasant stay.
