Disappointing Experience Marred by Discriminatory Service While the venue itself is beautiful, our experience at a recent wedding was not pleasant due to unacceptable service from bar staff. Throughout the evening, there was a clear pattern of discriminatory treatment by the bar staff towards Asian guests, including the father of the groom. These guests received noticeably smaller pours, drinks diluted with excessive ice, and were subjected to an arbitrary 15-minute waiting period between drinks that was not applied to other attendees. In one particularly egregious instance, the father of the groom was refused service entirely. It’s important to note that none of the guests subjected to this treatment were intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. The differential treatment was based solely on their ethnicity and was both obvious and deeply offensive to everyone in attendance. This kind of discriminatory behavior is absolutely disgusting and significantly tarnished what should have been a joyful celebration. The venue management needs to address this immediately with proper staff training and accountability measures.

Went as a guest. Floor of the male toilet was covered in piss, and the bar staff were really rude. They water down all the drinks and give you half shots when you ask for spirits. Wouldn’t bother making the trek out here again
