Secrets on the Lake

I decided to propose to my now fiancé at Secrets on the lake. Cassandra was amazing and took care of everything including a video call before the special day, so I had a clear understanding of where I would be going for the very special and intimate moment. By creating the perfect planning, she helped to calm the nerves before popping the question! The backdrop and facilities are incredible, it was very intimate and felt like we were secluded on a stunning tropical island with no one else around. The picnic was amazing. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thankyou so much for what will be a lifelong memory! I highly recommend anyone else looking for a stunning place and set up, to pop the question, to consider doing it here. I am wishing we also booked accommodation there too as it looks incredible.

I've been here at various times over the past several years. Always a delight, whether here for overnight accommodations or for a meal - or, as yesterday, an unannounced stop-in (in a Monday, when the restaurant was closed.) George made us feel very welcome and offered a tour of the grounds. Great fun! This is a beautiful and very unique property, with amazing accomodations, wonderful meals, welcoming owners, George and Aldy, and their staff. It's always a special privilege to experience Secrets on the Lake.

Wow I absolutely love this gorgeous oasis of peace and beauty in nature. The owner George was absolutely 💯 professional and honest hard-working. His customer service was amazing. Made us feel right at home. We went there for breakfast and ended up booking a penthouse tree house for mum and I.I have stayed here prior also. The food the staff the room service the everything of secrets on the lake is magical. Thankyou to George and his lovely wife and grandaughter for creating a wonderful time. We will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommended. You must visit this breath taking place.

We had a lovely lunch and tour of the accommodation. Even though it was raining, it was lovely to walk on the beautiful elevated bridges under the rainforest with complimentary umbrellas. The accommodation looked lovely- especially the unique wood carvings and spa bath at the window overlooking the picturesque view of the lake. Will certainly be back again!

We visited on a Monday and restaurant was closed. But still able to see beautiful setting, ornate wood carved furniture and artefacts. Then they took us for a guided tour to the amazing tree house accommodation bungalows set in rainforest and showed us a bungalow. It was amazing and so beautiful, it was worth visiting just to see the whole place and gorgeous tree house luxurious bungalows - private, spas, views, gorgeous timber hand crafted furniture and cabinetry. We couldn't stay this time but we will be back for meals and/or to stay. Worth visiting!

Our stay in the Secrets Treehouse for our wedding anniversary was incredible and romantic. It really does have the wow factor with the beautiful detail in all their wood carvings inside the treehouse and along the boardwalk. The view of the lake was stunning. Cafe catered well for breakfast and lunch. Thankyou George, Aldy and team for a memorable stay. Will definitely be back.

What a delightful experience! My husband and I recently celebrated a special occasion with a lunch at Secrets in the lake. I then went back with a couple of girlfriends and had an equally wonderful time. The food was fantastic and the staff wonderful, attentive and very friendly. But it was the setting that made our special occasion even more special. Set in an elevated position overlooking the lake, with the rustle of the wind through the trees and the tranquility of the surroundings - we really could ask for much else - it made our visit very special indeed. We will definitely return with more friends and family and we cannot recommend this beautiful restaurant more highly to you. We did a treehouse tour with Craig the manager. The rooms were luxurious and private and I wanted to check in straightaway. Craig was as delightful and welcoming and so was the owner who was happy to stop and say hello. I think secrets on the lake is a very well kept secret and I recommend that anyone looking for something a bit more special should definitely consider this beautiful haven.
