We had the best time setting up our soft play at Lavender Green for a corporate family day out event! The space was beautiful, and the staff from were so helpful! Big shoutout to Celine - she was so helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly! Highly recommend this venue for parties and special events! We'd love to be back to set up more in future for family day events, or little ones birthday parties!

We had our wedding in the Palais room of Luna Park & it was AMAZING! 😍 Teagan was our event manager & she was so amazing during the lead up & on the day of the wedding, it all went so smoothly 💖 All the guests were so impressed with the venue, the food & the staff, as were we!! Such a fun venue for a wedding & we are so glad we picked Luna Park for our special day 🥰

Attended a friend's wedding here and was impressed. It's a very unique location and has gorgeous views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. My friend had her wedding during Vivid and the lights at night made it even more spectacular. We also really enjoyed the food, it was much better than the standard event / wedding catering you get. It was tasty and beautifully plated. Kudos to the catering and service teams.

What a fun day! Loved the all day entertainment, alfresco dining options, rides and the super attentive staff! We appreciate staff telling other patrons smoking/vaping areas location is elsewhere and not in the main public spaces.

Such a terrible experience. Travelled more than 2 hours for our last day of school holidays activity. We purchased tickets to the dreamland circus. We were so excited to eat the food they had been advertising. When we arrived they said they had run out of stock. Of everything. Literally everything they had on the menu. They didn’t let anyone who purchased ticket know via email or call. When trying to order the foods the ladies would laugh each time we said something that wasn’t available. The menu stayed on the table allowing each customer to go through the same thing. They told us it’s due to us coming on a Sunday so everything ran out. I’m sorry but if you are advertising a product and you do not have it you need to give some sort of reimbursement or let them know of the unfortunate circumstance. So for anyone wanting to actually utilise Luna park you’ll need to go on a Monday when they have stock. Mind you no discounts or vouchers were given to make up for the bad service. Not happy. I was also exiting the show to use the bathroom and one of the attendants slammed the door in my face as he didn’t even look before he shut the door. Definitely will be spreading this info to let people know it’s not worth their time.

Venue is great however service was poor. Difficult people to work with when booking. Our company spent $80,000 for an awards night. We had half hour until our ferry arrived however they tipped the remaining already-poured champagne down the sink and the staff were rude to us until we left. Would not recommend it to anyone. One would think the money we spent and the business we gave after Covid would be appreciated.

Great venue with beautiful views. Lovely service by Luna Park. It is worth every penny spent. Food is good, it could be better! Dairy free cakes were nice. The celling is high and the French doors and windows open out to the deck so it allows the space to feel bigger and prettier
