The menu features a variety of well-presented dishes, from flavorful sides to satisfying mains and indulgent desserts. We visited The Bank on Collins for our team’s Christmas lunch and had a fantastic experience. Booking online was simple and hassle-free. We started with a mezze plate, arancini, and chips as sides — all well-prepared and flavorful. For mains, we enjoyed the Spring Creek barramundi and the pumpkin, ricotta, and pecorino tortellini, both of which were beautifully presented and satisfying. Dessert was a highlight, with the chocolate brownie and Basque cheesecake offering a rich and indulgent finish. The ambiance was warm and festive, and the food was hearty and filling. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable lunch and a great spot for group gatherings.

The restaurant had a nice setting with a stylish bar area and a cozy vibe. The food was good and well-presented, though the price was on the higher side. Service could be better the staff seemed quite laid-back and didn’t pay much attention when asked for help taking photos, and a few dishes were even served to the wrong tables. Overall, a decent place with room for improvement.

This place is huge and convenient especially for office together. They have lunch specials which includes a drink, pretty good value for under $30. Service is quick and accurate even for big groups. Not too noisy.

For the dinner we had to order at the bar rather than a waitress come and take our order. The building itself was beautiful but it was a little bit noisy this particular evening. The food was tasty and good value.

I came to The Bank to celebrate a birthday, with two others, and I can say that all 3 of us had a very positive experience with the food, the service provided and the atmosphere of the restaurant. We had ordered from the Early Bird Dinner menu, available on weekdays between 2 P.M. and 6 P.M. which provided us with delectable food for very reasonable prices, all for $32. Overall, the food was great, though the skin on the Crispy Pork Belly was quite tough. The service was quite good too with no major complaints while being polite and attentive to us. The atmosphere was quite cozy, and I find the location of the restaurant, as well as its history to be very interesting.

Came to The Bank on Collins at St Valentines day and the main dining area was fully booked so we sat at the table in the bar area. The full menu was available and we ordered drinks and meals with the bartender. This is a unique venue, very spacious and open. I didn’t know what to expect for the quality of the food on a such a busy night, but we received two absolutely delicious mains which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was fresh, clean and cooked with knowledge. We were not celebrating, but it made the night extra special and memorable. Thank you team.

This is a classic steak restaurant with the classic cuts of beef offered. There’s also pasta and seafood for those who don’t enjoy steak. Great 80s music. The staff were attentive despite only having started work here that day.
