The Atrium

I visited them today while checking out the Craft Market. I got to try some free gin tasting, bought handmade crotchet scrunches, hot sauces and grabbed some snack at NGV cafe. The place is surely bougie and nice to hang out in. I wish they incorporated more handicrafts in the market today but, i am happy with the haul.

They have a formula 1 Williams fan zone here rn where you can rest your reflexes/reaction time and there's a formula one car here

Thank you for providing prayer room in the atrium. It is a startegic location and you have made a lot of muslim able to pray on time. Please add in the trading hours. There was one time, I visited the prayer room and it is locked.

I am highly disappointed with the service received from Artarium. Their team seems to focus only on quoting policy rather than addressing genuine customer circumstances. I had purchased an item online as a gift for my elderly mother, who isn’t comfortable with technology. I had flights booked on 28th October, and unfortunately, the product arrived broken on the same day. Since I was already in transit, my mother was unable to take photos or videos immediately. When I later reached out to request a replacement or refund, the representative refused, insisting that I should have sent photos and videos on the day of delivery. It’s hard to understand how that would have been possible when I was literally on a flight. I expected empathy and flexibility in handling such a genuine situation, but instead received rigid, policy-driven responses. If you plan to buy from Artarium, I strongly recommend confirming their returns and damage-reporting policies before purchasing, as there seems to be no room for practical consideration or customer care when issues arise.

The stunning glass atrium is a beautiful spot to relax, work or meetings. The architecture is amazing and the natural light pouring in is gorgeous. Plenty of seating areas, cafes, restaurants nearby makes it a great place to unwind and enjoy the city.

There is a prayer room available at ground floor if anyone need it.

— Accessible Toilet Review — Toilets located on the ground floor, at the back of the atrium near the lift. Has male, female, all gender/accesible, baby change and a changing place that is accessible via an MLAK. One of the best changing places I’ve ever seen. The hoist can move throughout the whole bathroom, allowing you to have the options of using the toilet with hand rails or the changing bed. The changing bed can hold up to 200kg. There is a privacy curtain built into the room and there are wipes available for use on the changing table. The table can be adjusted to go up and down. The sink is a roll under sink, with both a hand drier and paper towel available.
