What can I say needed a to find a place for my daughters 18th birthday party in a hurry as other place I had booked double booked on me and were very disorganised I was looking for somewhere in Eltham that has beautiful gardens for pictures and a gorgeous clean atmosphere and stunning food and my chosen place was Ballara Receptions staff were amazing told them exactly what I wanted and they went beyond my expectations.Everything was just so perfect because it was a warm night we had it outside with DJ playing the night just came together so perfect Debhie the bartender was so friendly and Alisha function manager that night was awesome and thankyou so much to Christine manager for squeezing me in last minute this place just was amazing I can honestly say Ballara is the best function place I’ve ever attended congratulations Ballara Staff.I was very impressed by the high quality of the cleanliness inside Ballara congratulations to your Cleaner she does a fantastic work well done ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing group of venues in Melbourne. Having worked at all 4 venues I can highly recommend them all. The staff at all the venues are friendly and the food selection is amazing.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Seasons 5 Resort & Spa in January this year, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences for our entire family. The beautifully landscaped gardens, lakeside views, elegant ballroom, chapel, gazebo, waterfall settings, and luxurious atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for such an important occasion. Every corner of the resort feels designed to create magical memories, and our guests were genuinely amazed by how beautiful everything looked throughout the day. The ballroom was breathtaking, with its grand chandeliers, spacious dance floor, incredible lighting, and elegant styling that made the entire evening feel sophisticated and unforgettable. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the exceptional team at Seasons 5. Their professionalism, warmth, attention to detail, and calm organisation made the entire wedding planning process stress-free. Siva was incredibly welcoming, approachable, and personally invested in ensuring our daughter’s wedding was perfect. It is rare to meet an owner who is so hands-on, caring, and genuinely committed to making families feel special. His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond gave us enormous confidence throughout the entire process. You can truly see that Seasons 5 is more than just a business to him — it is a place where unforgettable memories are created. The food was absolutely outstanding — beautifully presented, generous, and praised by every single guest. Many of our family and friends are still talking about the quality of the meals, service, and overall atmosphere months later. The spacious accommodation, spa facilities, pool area, ample parking, and overall convenience made it incredibly comfortable for both local and interstate guests. One of the things we loved most about Seasons 5 was that it truly felt like an all-in-one luxury wedding destination. From the ceremony to the reception, accommodation, photography locations, and guest comfort — everything flowed seamlessly in one beautiful location. It removed so much stress and allowed our family to simply enjoy every moment together. We cannot thank the Seasons 5 team enough for giving our daughter the wedding of her dreams.
