The Sebel Mandurah

When I booked the room I first asked for an accessible room (none available). Advised other room is accessible though. There was lots of room which was good. I did mention when looking at bed that it was very high, we dropped out bags and went out for the afternoon. I am in a wheelchair needing 24/7 oxygenMy husband set up oxygen, there was no way I could get on the bed it was way too high. I ended up getting very upset wrecking the one night we’ve been away in a long time. I tried sleeping on the lounge but couldn’t as everything ached. I was even more upset and we decided we go home or we wouldn’t get any sleep. The receptionist was very nice to me and told me there was an accessible room available, firstly that made me angry, but I kept it in developing a lot of anxiety and I broke down. The accessible room still had the very high bed. My husband went to get the car and we were helped out. I would like a refund of some sort please as room was not suitable and I had to drive home.i had already taken my night medication which makes you sleepy so I really shouldn’t of driven but I had no choice. Please have some compassion Denise Esslemont

We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Mandurah and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the waterfront with stunning views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the foreshore. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the water views was a real highlight. Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always happy to help and make our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and gym, which were well maintained and inviting. Overall, The Sebel Mandurah offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mandurah.

Stayed over the years a few times now. Super stay every time !! Friendly , happy staff smiling makes a difference in this day an age for us older ones. Was a three day break and well enjoyed as always. Breakfast was tip top !! Coffee was excellent. Plenty of places for Lunch and dinner close by a small walk , down the elevator to the boardwalk. Awesome balcony for relaxing watching the world go by. Room was super clean and tidy and well maintained. Will be back again for sure many thanks to the staff very enjoyable break.

Nice sized rooms, very clean. Room Service was only for a small selection of mini bar items. Small but tasty breakfast options in the breakfast room (no in room dining). No free bottled water Staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. Easy walking access to literally hundreds of restaurants and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Happy with the rooms and the location. Booked for one night was told there was no more available bookings but booked a second night online not that hard to check the availability. Overall I was happy with the experience and the service there. The breakfast is nice aswell

What a wonderful stay once again at The Sebel Mandurah. This marks our third year in a row staying at this fine establishment, and it continues to impress on every level. The service is exceptional, cleanliness is immaculate, and the food and beverage offering is outstanding. World-class service, especially during the festive season, which makes the experience even more impressive. Highly recommended.

The overall service at the hotel is excellent, and the location is convenient, being close to key attractions and transportation options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering ample space for relaxation. However, the bathrooms are a significant drawback; the grouting between the tiles is stained and moldy, indicating a lack of proper cleaning. This issue needs urgent attention, as neglecting bathroom cleanliness can quickly diminish the overall guest experience and give a poor impression of the hotel's maintenance standards.
