The Gatehouse Bar at Glen Ewin Estate

We went there for lunch today. Had the cheese platter, fries and the dessert of the day. It was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. The menu was good, there was a reasonable amount to choose from I truly recommend coming here for a meal, you won't regret it. They have paddles for tastings. And a good selection of wine's for consuming and tasting.

We loved Glen Ewin for our wedding, the pulpshed was amazing and truly beautiful venue and our guests would agree. The staff were amazing and our wedding planner Katie was consistently in contact with us. Even when the day was raining Katie and the crew had a back plan for us which was still amazing! Would recommend Glen Ewin for any occasion.

Went fig picking with friends, which was really lovely, the orchard is really nice with the different types of figs clearly signed. $5 entey and $15 per kilo or figs. We then went into the restaurant for lunch, service was amazing and the staff were friendly. There are several vegan and vego options available on their menu. My friend and I shared the fig sourdough, potatoes, and homemade dumplings. All three of these items were absolutely delicious! The dumplings had some cruncy kale with some greens and a peanut based sauce with some chilli 🤤 The sourdough was delicious with the sweet touch of the figs throughout the loaf, and the oil and dukka matched it perfectly. The potatoes were cooked amazingly and had a good seasoning. Definitely recommend.

Visited on Sunday 28th May Lunch Ordered food: Homemade dumplings, OBE steak, Affogato with Fig Gin, Fig almond cake The wrap on the dumplings was soft and easy to eat, fillings were flavoursome The organic steak was tasty and different to the usual steaks I had eaten The Affogato was amazing and with the combination of the espresso shot and gin, combines the flavour altogether making it an awesome dish The almond cake was soft and melts in your mouth and the caramelized fig was easy to chew and eat

We just had a corporate training event with 38 of us at Glen Ewin Estate, followed by a VIP dinner in intimate circle. What can I say: people love coming here! It's beautiful, relaxed and really makes you change your perspective coming here. You feel like being away from the office and can truly expand and thrive together. Kevin, the BDM, is a pleasure to deal with. Jason and his team in the kitchen do an amazing job with the food, which many of us commented on. Kerry arrived early and left last after a very long day. She looked after us with her beautiful smile nonetheless. It goes without saying that we keep coming back for more!
