The wedding of my daughter at Mont du Soleil was absolutely breathtaking. ( January 16th 2026) The views are simply stunning and made the day feel truly special. It is a beautiful location and the perfect setting for a wedding. The owners were so lovely and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Liz the owners for their kindness, support, and for helping make the day unforgettable. Highly recommend this venue.

Our wedding ceremony at Mont Du Soleil was the most magical highlight of our day. Liz and Rob provided the most beautiful and divine space for us to share our vows. The venue offers elegant micro ceremonies and is the perfect place for a small, intimate celebration of love — it felt so personal and special. The scenery and accommodation were absolutely breathtaking — it truly felt like a dream. Although our reception was held at another location, we honestly didn’t want to leave. Thank you Liz and Rob for the wonderful experience and the moments we’ll treasure forever x

Rob and Liz were very prompt with their replies, very flexible due to Melbourne weather changes and the venue was absolutely stunning!!! Such a stunning cottage with gorgeous views!! I find it really funny but sad how ROB the owner aggressively said no speakers allowed at a wedding when it was agreed by Liz and the bride it was allowed with a guitarist , when this photo that is on your Facebook page you can clearly see a speaker in the back ground ! There was no dj music , no thumpy music It was a simple acoustic guitar And then to have !!!!!ROB!!!!’ KEEP TURNING OFF THE SPEAKER , running the bride and grooms entrance and first dance You should be ashamed Brides be warned Great for photos but not a wedding When your dealing with hypocritical owners

I attended a wedding here last month, the wedding itself was absolutely beautiful and the venue was amazing however, the experience with the owners was appalling! My friend had her wedding during the day and upon booking and even leading up to the day of the wedding nothing was mentioned about no music after 3pm. They continued through out the wedding making it a big deal about music being played. If you DO NOT want music then DO NOT hire the venue out for weddings! I really suggest looking elsewhere to have your wedding before booking here!!

Attended Mont du Soleil for a friends wedding. The venue is beautiful, the lady partially in charge was okay to a point. The man in charge of the property was rude and disrespectful, he walked up and turned the music off directly before the couples first dance together at 3pm saying no more noise for the rest of the day. He was also walking around during the ceremony demanding guests, the food vendors and the makeup team around being very rude and making everyone including the bride feel very uncomfortable. They had organised us to leave by 8pm. While packing up at 7:45 he walked up to us and said you better be gone by 8 in a rude and disrespectful manner.

We recently attended a wedding at Mont Du Soleil, and while the location itself was stunning and all the vendors were fantastic, the experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of the venue’s owners. The ceremony was beautiful, and everything seemed to be going smoothly until the reception. The male owner, in particular, was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating the bride, groom, bridal party, guests, and even the vendors with complete disrespect. One of the most disappointing moments was when he informed the bride and groom—shortly before their first dance—that there could be no music at all after 3 PM due to supposed complaints from nearby Airbnbs. This was despite the fact that the music was only acoustic with a guitar and singing, and nowhere near disruptive. Understandably, this caused unnecessary stress for the couple on their special day. Throughout the day, his behavior remained unpleasant, making guests feel unwelcome. Later in the evening, when I politely asked for the outdoor lights to be turned on as it was getting dark, he did so but acted annoyed. After switching them on, he made a point to tell me that we had to be out by 8 PM, no later—again, with an unprofessional and rude attitude. While the venue itself is undeniably beautiful and the vendors did an amazing job, the way the owners handled the event was completely unacceptable. A wedding should be a joyous occasion, but their behavior added unnecessary stress and frustration. I would strongly advise future couples to look elsewhere—no matter how nice the venue is, dealing with owners who show such blatant disrespect and disregard for a couple’s big day simply isn’t worth it.
