The Club Lounge space is magical - managed a sunrise and a sunset, good weather and pouring rain, sat on the deck and in every corner - the views! Good evening service as well - lovely seeing the sun set and then the city lights come on. Great chill music, nice buzz, good service, good variety of included beverages - assorted wines, beer, softdrinks. Breakfast offerings in the club are a bit uninspiring - but I understand a review is underway. Also - day time treats leave a lot to be desired - though fresh coffees are wonderful, chips or chocolate is nice but again uninspiring - freshly baked anything would be an improvement. Overall, even with those minor things, the space and views make up for a lot. Staff who were particularly wonderful - Ian, Paula and Sreya (spell? from Nepal), Bruna and Amitoz in the lounge - just lovely - so helpful, friendly and professional

They were a bit surprised when I explained I wanted all the dishes. We held back on a few items but basically got everything. The menu was reasonably priced so it wasn't actually outrageous. The share plate formula was engaging in combinations and presentation. Delicious. I enjoyed all flavours. Friendly service, lovely views and modern enviornment. I recommend. There may be more sophicisted menus in town but I feel you can have everything here.

I had such a beautiful experience at my 50th birthday high tea, the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. All topped off with such a stunning view from the mountain to the ocean. 5 stars all the way from me.

Absolutely loved my dining experience here, in fact the whole experience! The venue was welcoming & comfortable. The Food and Drinks were to die for! And the Service was second to none. I will definitely be back next time I'm visiting Hobart, and I will definitely recommend to everyone 😃😃😃

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Contemporary European cuisine, a stylish cocktail and wine list and.... views that leave you me mesmerised. Make sure you book well in advance even on a weeknight, they are always busy.

Very solid modern Australian restaurant with great wine list (some fun, natty wines by the glass too) and some interesting and unique cocktails. Touch of a wait between courses but can’t really complain when the wine list is what it is!

(Note : rating as an IHG club visitor). Fantastic views of Hobart in 3 directions for both club and public guests. I'm surprised that this area wasn't busier for both food and drinks. I'm rating the food based on club canapes and drinks however both the breakfast for club and the regular guest menu would be from the same kitchen = very nice. Worth a visit. They do high teas in the afternoon too.
