Food is good like 7/10. The service is slow and food can be delivered late to being cold. Not much of service on tables or changing of plates and drinks. Service will beed improvement especially to manage staff rotation, the waitresses were mostly young which slowed the service, need balance with their rosters to achieve the 5 star goals and food improvement.

Today we attended a Lebanese concert and were served by an exceptional worker. I believe her name was Maryam the one wearing white shoes. She went above and beyond for us, bringing fruit and cake, and checking in on every table with genuine care. While other workers barely approached our table, Maryam consistently made sure everyone was taken care of. She was kind, attentive, hardworking, and truly stood out. She was by far the best.

We had our wedding at Star Palace recently and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The venue looked stunning, the tables were beautifully set, everything was organised perfectly, and the whole night flowed really smoothly from start to finish. The food was a real standout. The lamb with rice and veggies was packed with flavour and cooked to perfection, and the mezze spread was fresh and delicious. Our guests kept commenting on how great the food was all night. Big thanks to Rania as well, she was calm, professional, and genuinely cared about making the night run smoothly. She handled any last-minute changes without any stress and made sure we and our families were looked after the whole time. If you're planning an event, I’d definitely recommend Star Palace. Great venue, great food, and great people.

One of the worst venues I have ever attended. The waitstaff’s attitude,especially the manager’s daughter , who is a young girl,was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They need to learn how to treat people with respect or hire more mature staff. In addition, the food was not good and was served cold.

I don’t know where to start… Rania was exceptional at executing our special day. She put in all her effort to make things work out and improvised to ensure our day went as smoothly as possible. Rania provided us with so much advice on what could improve our special day as well - which all helped greatly! She was very reassuring with us, kept in active contact and tried her best to accomodate to all of our requests. She was really easy to work with, and we honestly were blown away by her attention to detail and care. Throughout the event, she checked up on us very often to make sure we were comfortable and feeling well. Even during unexpected moments, she managed to improvise and adapt to the situation as promptly as possible. We really recommend Star Palace if you want to work with someone who is genuine and passionate about their work, and will listen to you and always try their best to accomodate to your best interest!

We had our wedding at Star Palace, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the very beginning, Rania was a huge help in making the booking process seamless, organised, super accommodating and attentive leaving me with no questions unanswered. The reception team was also outstanding, professional, friendly and always on hand to ensure everything went smoothly. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the reception it was immaculate, with awesome air conditioning! Especially with wearing a heavy dress I was not overwhelmed by heat once. The venue itself is stunning, Highly recommend Star Palace for anyone looking for a flawless wedding experience. 5 stars without a doubt! ❤️❤️
