Ballara Receptions was perfect from beginning to the end for our wedding experience! From our initial tour, to the food tastings and expo days and finally to our big day, we have loved visiting and coming to Ballara every time. Tanya, Christine and Popy have been incredible to be in contact with, no question is a silly question and they made us so secure knowing that they are experts at what they do and that they will ensure our day is perfect! We had Popy as our function manager for the day, she was attentive and made sure the day ran smoothly with our vendors. Special shoutout to Hannah who was the bridal assistant for the day, Hannah made sure my train was held and tidy, that myself and my husband were fed and drinks. Hannah even came and assisted with bustling my dress before the reception! Hannah was such a gem and my genuine highlight of Ballara and their commitment to our weddings. Finally, every single guest could not stop talking about how amazing the food was and how much they also loved all the photo opportunities! The garden was so perfect and everyone loved it. Thankyou so much for providing such a beautiful space for our big day, I would choose Ballara again and again.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding! From the first meeting, until after our wedding, we felt so welcome and supported. Christine, Popy, and Tanya were lovely to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process, and on the day everything ran smoothly thanks to Tanya, Tearna, and the food and beverage staff. All of our guests loved the venue, and could not stop commenting on how professional everything was, and how amazing the food was! There are different packages to choose from, different upgrades and add-ons, and both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. You don't need to leave the venue between ceremony and reception to take photos as there are countless photo locations on the property! To anyone thinking of booking their own wedding at Ballara, you won't regret it! Thank you so much to the team at Ballara!!

I truly cannot think of a better venue. They offer great options for both the ceremony and reception and their packages are extremely generous. The team is unbeatable, they are reliable and genuinely passionate about what they do. I had Popy and Tanya helping me throughout most of my wedding meetings and enquiries, and they were amazing. I cannot thank them enough for the dedication they show in their work; it really shines through. I was given Aleisha as my coordinator for the wedding day, and she was an absolute gem. I was so blessed to have her and concierge Hannah by our side. They made sure everything ran smoothly, were so professional and understanding, and handled the day with such care. Aleisha even allowed my husband and I to dance a little overtime because of all our reception surprises and photos, she truly made me so happy. I cannot recommend this venue enough. I would get married again next week if I could😂 We loved them! A true 10/10 venue, team and overall experience! Thank you so much ladies for making our dream wedding a reality✨🫶🏽

When deciding a venue for our wedding, Ballara was the name on everyone’s lips. Coming so highly regarded, expectations were high and we couldn’t be more happy with their performance and willingness to work with us to ensure our special day was executed to perfection. From the very start of the process, from arranging meetings, to organising the last minute details, there was sense of efficiency and professionalism in their communication. Ballara truly listened with attention and care to our wishes and offered expert suggestion to what would best bring our vision into reality. Their adaptability to accommodate our needs and requests (even alterations on the day itself) were first-class and really contributed towards the event being received so well by guests. We felt safe with Popy and the team directing operations and, in hindsight, wouldn’t have entrusted anyone else to realise our dream.

We were recently married at Ballara and cannot recommend this venue more highly! All of the staff were wonderful and so responsive to all of our emails and calls during the planning period. On our big day we were assisted by Poppy and Hannah and they were both fantastic! We are so appreciative of everyone who brought our perfect day to life and could not think of a more perfect day and venue! Xxx

We can't say enough about how wonderful Ballara Reception was as our wedding venue. Not only is it a stunning location for both the ceremony and reception, but the team's support and service were simply outstanding. From the moment we first toured the property, Popy has been incredibly professional and responsive, ensuring every detail was perfect. I love having her as our function coordinator. She has truly made the planning process stress-free and handled everything on the day, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration. You also see a familiar face from day 1, which definitely help ease my nerve on the day. The staff on the day has been amazing as well. The food were served as per instructions, they taste great and service has been top notch. Our guests were so impressed with the beautiful setting and seamless flow of the day, and we've been receiving compliments ever since. Also - plenty of great places for photos too!!

I had the pleasure of conducting a wedding at Ballara Receptions in Eltham yesterday, and it was simply beautiful. The venue is picture-perfect, with a lovely chapel, an ornamental lake, and so many wonderful spots for photos. It’s fantastic to have both indoor and outdoor ceremony options — I’ve officiated weddings in the gorgeous gardens as well as in the chapel, and both settings are stunning. The staff are outstanding, and a special mention to Poppy, who is always so helpful, professional, and a joy to work with. Ballara truly provides the perfect setting for a memorable wedding day!
