The Colebee

We recently held our annual staff Christmas party at The Colbee, the venue was styled beautifully, tables dressed in a luxurious manner... The temperature was cool and comfortable even on a warm and steamy evening. The food and bar service was exemplary and our team could not speak more highly of the attentive and accommodating waitstaff. We had approx 120x guests attend the event and there was ample space for all plus plenty of room on the dancefloor. The wrap around covered verandah was a hit and provided a lovely vista looking out toward the manicured gardens and water features. We cannot fault the event venue nor the quality of service we were provided. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Wow what can I say but it was perfect the staff were out of this world, we couldn’t be happy. Thank you to all the staff and Blacktown council, everything was perfect from the beginning to the Gala dinner, we had a 3 day convention held here with Emily and the team, nothing was a bother and everything was perfect. Our second time hosting our Appreciation Celebration (corporate event) at The Colebee, and both times we were very pleased. Event planning and communication were very smooth. We had the best experience at The Colebee Centre for Vatu’s 50th birthday on Saturday 31/01/26. Emily was incredible to deal with — so friendly, responsive, and on top of everything. On the night, the staff were amazing and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were top-notch, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Thank you Emily and team for making such a special celebration unforgettable!

We recently hosted my daughter’s wedding reception at The Colebee. This is an incredible venue with amazing views of the Nurragingy Reserve. The venue management team and staff are extremely helpful and friendly, often going above and beyond to ensure the function went according to plan. We were extremely pleased with this location as it was convenient and accessible for all guests.

We held our traditional wedding here and Emily and the team were absolutely amazing. She’s honestly a total gun at what she does — the best venue manager ever! Everything ran so smoothly and they made the whole day completely stress-free for us. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend them more!
