Nirvana

Had a lovely, cosy dinner here on Wednesday night. I didn’t expect much since it was my first time trying this restaurant, but the experience was amazing. The food was great—especially the pandan chicken parcels, which were crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and full of pandan aroma. The highlight, though, was the Nirvana bugs: super fresh, flavourful, and perfect with the coconut rice. The bartender also recommended a popcorn martini that smelled great and balanced the Thai/Indian flavours really well. Overall, delicious food and excellent service. 9/10 experience

We had a booth on Valentine’s Day and it was actually really nice and cozy, a bit private, and perfect for a date night. The restaurant was super busy, so you could feel the rush, but the vibe was still good. Arrived at 8pm. We ordered the fish, pakoras and Pad Thai. The food was okay, maybe could’ve been a little better but we still enjoyed it overall. The Valentine’s special cocktail they gave us was the highlight though, it was really good and such a nice touch. I’d definitely come back again, probably on a night when it’s not as packed so we can enjoy it even more.

Had a fascinating time yesterday on valentines day. The bartender’s service was phenomenal and very entertaining. He looked after us while we waited for our table. The manager was very approachable. Despite waiting a little for our table and food, the food was delicious and worth the wait. They had a valentine’s special menu which i loved!

Food was great, service ridiculously slow, after 25 minutes or so went up to bar and asked for any kind of service???? No water, no drinks nothing. When we finally got served staff were pleasant... entrees finally arrived and were great along with mains. Bought a bottle of red and never offered another drink later when red finished so did not bother and would have probably ordered another bottle if asked. Suprisingly did not seem busy at all either??? Had not been for here years and never remember it being so quiet but anyway we had great company and food was excellent, seemed understaffed.

Came here with a group of friends and ordered food and drinks. Food was amazing and the atmosphere added even more charm. The music selection was spot‑on: lively enough to create a warm, energetic vibe. The staff were great and super friendly. The restaurant strikes a perfect balance of taste and ambiance. It’s the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit. They even let us do Karaoke at the end for our birthday girl. Will definitely come again.

Went for dinner for a 2nd visit. Great little restraint . Great atmosphere, service and delicious food. Good selection of lovely wine. Turned out to be open mic music night. Added bonus some great talent . Made for a very enjoyable night. Will go again when in town. Thankyou . Karen

Valentine’s day at nirvana? Got a table at 7pm. Very busy restaurant. Ordered the valentine special menu which was a good deal and the valentine cocktail was fantastic. The restaurant had a bit of ups and downs but probably that’s because of the busy occasion. The food came out a bit late but the servers were apologetic and tried to convince us with a smile despite being in so much pressure. I wouldn’t give a bad review because it was managed properly. The food was good and the service was good as well. Happy to come back because of the treatment they gave us.
