Adina Darwin Waterfront

My review is not only for the hotel facilities, but the support from Ben, the Exec. Asst. Manager. The stay was good - location is great, and rooms are fine. We had an issue with the fridge which caused some damage, and Ben stepped in to help resolve. It's not often that hotel staff will not only try to help, but genuinely care about seeing the issue through to resolution. It was sincerely appreciated, and turned something which could have soured our holiday, into a great example of customer care.

We stayed 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment #336, prior to our journey on The Ghan , Darwin to Adelaide. Well appointed with a balcony, it provided us with a good base ( though we did have a hire car, parking was available on the top level with direct access to the hotel) Breakfast was included, fruit , cereal, yoghurt and hot food, barrister coffee extra, but worth it, Staff friendly. Walking distance to many good restaurants and a gelati shop, it was in the mid 30’s each day, so a treat after dinner. Private pool with banana lounges, umbrellas along with food and beverage service. Lots of beach towels!|Overall, a great stay…thanks .

I travel regularly for work and stayed at the Adina Vibe on the Darwin Waterfront. Front-of-house staff were fantastic, and the onsite parking is excellent value with direct access from Level 6. The room itself was large but tired. The bed was too firm, the pillows weren’t great, and the bedroom air-con didn’t work (cool air only came through from the lounge). Room service was the biggest letdown — abrupt when taking the order, almost an hour’s wait, and the food was disappointing. When I called to check, I was told there was only one chef and to "be patient," which didn’t feel great. Great service at reception and good parking, but the rooms need refreshing and room service needs improvement.

Highly recommend! We’ve stayed here several times and the experience is always amazing. The service is exceptional, staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need and the buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious!

Ideal location for a stay in Darwin. Right in the heart of the entertainment area and a 2 minute walk from the convention centre. Alternatively, an easy walk into the city and you can get anything you need there. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom has a shower over a bath (not my preference but not a problem either) and is stocked with all the usual soaps, shampoo etc. There are many places right outside the door for food and drinks of all sorts. Hardly any need to go far if you don't want to. Despite that convenience though, the hotel was very quiet. The ideal combination.

Booked three nights here after a Ghan trip and before flying on to Brisbane. We arrived in the dark so were pleased to see the view when we woke the next day. The location was good - we walked into the centre easily and there was a bus stop for the Hop On Hop Off Bus close by.|Plenty of space in the room and good cooking facilities.

A busy modern hotel on the busy and restaurant-y Darwin waterfront development. The room was fine. Stayed for two nights. There was a sign at the front desk that They only service a room if stay four nights or more. I ran out of coffee (they provided coffee bags which was nice) and called to get them replaced and they did that. I used the gym which had two treadmills and an elliptical.
