Beautiful venue Easy booking system staff are very helpful and friendly Used it for our Deepavali event last night Feedback was great Everyone commented about the venue Thank you
We booked the Palmyra Hall for a pre-wedding function last month, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire event. All our guests were very happy with the facilities, and we would highly recommend this venue to our family and friends. We wish the team all the very best.
I recently booked a hall for my nephew's birthday, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The venue is clean and easily accessible. Shan was a great communicator and incredibly responsive, always getting back to my messages quickly, even on the day of the event when I needed to make a few last-minute changes. The whole process was smooth, and I felt very well taken care of. Overall, the hall is a great choice for any birthday or family gathering. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend it to anyone. I had attended a few functions there and liked the hall so decided to book it for my event. However, Even after explaining same thing multiple times, everything had to be told AGAIN on the day of event. Nothing was done before. We had to tell them to turn all of the lights on because "they thought" its ok to have only half of the lights on during the day and the hall was looking very dark. We had to tell them to turn the freakin AC on. We had requested a special table with decorations and mic setup and we were told by the manager "yes it will be there, we'll get it done" but there was no table as requested. My brother had to set it up minutes before guests started arriving. The stage decoration also had a table in it but it was not there... why should anyone have to deal with this on their event if the hall manager/owner are not gonna do their job properly. Charged tge full amount byt the services were extremely poor. For the price we paid and the experience we had, it felt like such a rip off.
Parking is very easy here. I was able to park on the street at the front. There is also abundant parking at the side of the building. The exterior is very subtle. I mean, it would be very hard to guess that such a nice interior is hidden inside. I have attached pictures to show that the hall is very nice inside. A lot of space for a few hundred guests.
Thank you so much VTA members. All are very kind, friendly and flexible. Very beautiful hall. Staff services are very excellent and approachable. I am from Bendigo and organized everything from over the phone only because of their great service. I would like to say special thanks to Sashi, as per my wish he arranged his decoration; and Saraniya was not only excellency waitress but also organizer, and Shan was very friendly and flexible from the beginning. Thanks VTA and staff.
We held our mother's 31st day remembrance event on 19 July 2025 at Palmyra Hall, and the experience was exceptional. The hall was spacious and well-maintained, providing a calm and respectful atmosphere for the occasion. The sound system was of excellent quality, and the technical coordinator, Santhakumar, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the event. From the time of booking to the conclusion of the ceremony, the staff were courteous, efficient, and approachable. Their professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The kitchen facilities were impressive (large, clean, and well-equipped), which made it easy to serve hot, delicious food to our guests. I highly recommend Palmyra Hall to anyone looking for a reliable and well-organized venue for their event.
