The Founders Room

Wow Wow Wow! 10/10 would highly recommend The Founders Room for your next event. We had our wedding here and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the most perfect day/night! We were supposed to have our ceremony on the outdoor terrace but with a crazy storm out of no where minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start, the team were super quick to move everything inside and have the inside set up for the most perfect ceremony. Our reception was THE best, we had an absolute blast. Michael and Georgia were so helpful from the start making sure we got everything we wanted. I am so upset I didn’t get to eat as I was on the dance floor almost the whole night but our guests still talk about how good the food was so I wish I had of grabbed some! The location of this venue is 10/10 perfection! It was so amazing being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in the one place, no travelling in between and waiting for guests which they loved!

We recently had our wedding at the Founders Room and it was the perfect venue for us. Michael and his team were nothing but helpful from the day we secured the venue to the day of our wedding. This venue are an all-in-one, providing food and beverage packages as well as full venue set up for ceremony and reception. This made our wedding planning so much easier than we could’ve imagined. The food options are endless and was so delicious, our guests loved the canapés. Michael was also able to recommend a number of vendors (celebrant, photographer, music, cake, florist, hair and makeup) which made our wedding planning even easier again. If you’re planning a wedding, I’d recommend going to this venue first! Everything is reasonably priced but you get a five star experience with staff who go above and beyond to make your day special.

We had our Wedding ceremony and reception recently at the founders room and it was everything we dreamed of and more. Michael and the team met every request we had and went above and beyond to make sure our guests had the most amazing time. From planning to execution Michael was so easy to talk to and helped us make the day more special for everyone involved. His knowledge and years of experience made planning our big day a breeze. The views from this venue are out of this world beautiful I highly recommend getting married at the founders room.

Wow! We’ve just had such an incredible spread at the Founders Room with my family. We had the fresh seafood platter which was a very generous serving size and extremely fresh; the mignonette that accompanied the oysters was delicious! The squid, fish tacos and chicken wings were sensational, full of flavour! The pizzas were so good, loved the bases, my favourite was the Prosciutto one, so garlicky and seriously YUM! We ended with the Nutella Pizza and I loved the roasted hazelnut and almonds which gave it a different crunchy texture which I’ve never seen anywhere else. Overall an extremely impressive place, can’t wait to come back again! Thank you all for your great service, food and drinks. xx

Michael and his brother from the founders room were so easy and accommodating to deal with. We had our wedding there and from all accounts of the guests it was the best wedding everyone had attended. Thanks guys we are very grateful you made it such a special day!

We recently celebrated our engagement party at Wanda Surf Club, and it was nothing short of amazing! The venue itself is truly incredible, with a breathtaking view that added a special touch to our celebration. Hosting 200 of our loved ones, it turned out to be the best night ever. A significant part of our positive experience was the exceptional service provided by Michael and the entire team. From the initial booking process to their support throughout the planning stages, they demonstrated professionalism and genuine commitment to making our event memorable. The customer service on the night was outstanding, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without any worries.
