Roxburgh Park Hotel

Had the chance to try the Australia Day buffet at Roxburgh Park Hotel and it was genuinely fantastic. I really enjoy buffets and have been to quite a few hotels on Australia Day, but this one truly stood out. I honestly haven’t seen such a massive buffet spread even in some five star hotels. There was a great mix of food from different countries, so it really felt like a true international buffet. The highlight for me was the dessert section, and that cake was next level. When I asked the head chef, I was told the pastry chef is a world class professional. Absolutely beautiful work and honestly world class quality. When compared to nearby places like Highlands Hotel, which is quite expensive, the food there felt a bit off in taste and the variety was limited. Roxburgh Park Hotel easily offers much better value for money without a doubt. Big thanks to the head chef and the management team for putting together such a lovely Dinner. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Had the chance to check out the Valentine’s Day dinner buffet at Roxburgh Park Hotel and it was honestly fantastic. The standout for me was the dessert buffet heaps of variety, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. You can really see the incredible effort the head chef and team put into making the night feel special, with a lovely atmosphere and great attention to detail. Such a great experience overall and I’ll definitely be heading back again.

We had a private party at the Roxburgh Park Hotel in Craigieburn, and it was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the things we really appreciated was how flexible and accommodating the team was; we were able to customize everything to suit our needs and preferences. A special shoutout to the head chef, who was not only talented but also extremely supportive. He was present throughout the day, making sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Thank you to the entire team for making our special day unforgettable!

I recently attended a party at the Roxbury Park Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the event even more enjoyable. I was especially impressed to see the head chef in action; he was not only preparing dishes but also checking in with guests and making sure everyone was happy. It really showed how much they care about quality and service. Highly recommended!

We’ve been coming here for the international buffet many times over the past four years. This is my first time leaving a review because the food has improved so much — especially the desserts, which are my favourite! They are amazing with lots of great choices. The place is very spacious and has a relaxing, comfortable vibe. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back 😊 💯💯💯💯💯 Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄

We visited Roxburgh Park Hotel again after 3 years, and the pastry buffet was absolutely amazing. Last time we felt the pastry section needed more improvement, but now it is truly wow – a huge improvement in quality, presentation, and variety. We personally spoke with the Executive Chef and the Pastry Chef, which made the experience even better. The Pastry Chef is an award-winning chef, and you can really see his passion and skill reflected in the desserts. Highly recommended for anyone who loves pastries and desserts. We will definitely be back!
