Coogee Beach Surf Life Saving Club

Attended a late arvo wedding here on the alfresco outdoor mezzanine facing the Indian Ocean. The event space was quite spacious, both indoor and outdoor, and I was pleasantly surprised the elevated area meant most of the ambient noise on the ground level are filtered away except for the occasional surf vehicle leaving the venue. As with other reviews, the in-house speakers were crackling occasionally and there was no imminent resolution. There is ample parking, and for bulky transportation, the parking towards the back of the club with ramp access is more convenient.

Enjoyed a deliscous breakfast here and a nice cappuccino out on the decking with a gentle breeze. A choice of seating, ramp for perms or wheelchairs. A cute toddler play area that is directly next to the outdoor seating area. Wide clear path to the beach for a short walk down to the ocean.

Would be a good pub if it had shade for outdoor seating. But dinner in the scorching sun isnt fun

Beautiful clear water and lovely stretch of beach to enjoy a walk. Very popular with walkers.

Stunning location for a wedding! Especially a beach wedding without having to get sand everywhere!! It was so beautiful and the staff were amazing.

I got to DJ an event there last night and let me tell you, this venue completely wowed me. The absolute best hospitality staff I've seen. Their friendly professional service was just outstanding. I had several attendees mention this also. The venue itself is gorgeous but the service just nailed it for me. Highly recommend this venue for any event or function, if I lived in WA, I'd be having my wedding reception here. Shout out to Isla, Vanessa & Owen. There were also a couple other girls there who were equally amazing I'm just sorry I didn't catch their names. 10/10!!!
