We hired the venue last minute for a 40th birthday and it was perfect! Alyssa was very helpful and accomodating given we only booked 4 days before the event due to a last minute cancellation on our initial plans. The booking process was super easy and we were provided with simple & clear instructions. Alyssa also was highly responsive on the day with any questions we had. The space is a largely blank canvass which you can transform into whatever you need. The greenery and plants were also a gorgeous addition to the space. Trestle tables and chairs were available. We were able to fit 30 adults and 20 kids easily with room to spare for an area for the kids to play and hang out. Highly recommend for your next event!

We hosted our Cookbook Club Naarm event at Beneath the Ferns, and we had such a wonderful time! Alyssa the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating, helping us set up the space to make it just right for our gathering. The room is thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind, had beautiful natural light, and filled with lush greenery that creates the perfect cosy and inviting atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our event!

We recently hosted an event for around 50 people at Beneath the Ferns, and we were honestly blown away by how beautiful the space is. It looked even better in person, the photos really don’t do it justice! The venue is tucked away in the inner city Collingwood and is perfect for a smaller, intimate gathering. The natural green plants creates such a welcoming vibe, and there’s heaps of room for everyone to move around comfortably. Alyssa the venue manager, was fantastic and made everything so easy for us. She helped with setting up the tables. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and green venue!

We held our wedding ceremony at Beneath the Ferns and it was the perfect space! We absolutely loved the freshness of the plants and the simplicity of the interiors. The arbour florals that came in our package were breathtaking and exactly what we had imagined and the various buttonholes we ordered matched perfectly. We had a great experience!

Cute venue and the ferns were a nice touch. Bathroom facilities had great smelling soap and stocked with paper towels. It was a hot day today, and the air con was struggling to keep up with all the bodies inside. Thanks for having us.
